Order process was easy. Help via the phone and email was great. I had a few post-order issues that customer services really went out of the way to help with: the top of the skirting was pitted with a bit of tear out and there were some slightly inconsistent dimensions between the lengths of skirting that complicated joining two lengths together. Initially Skirting UK offered to replace the whole lot, but as I’d already fitted and sanded out the tear-out, they kindly offered to send me some touch up paint and offered a partial refund. Skirting UK certainly seem like a company who pride themselves on offering a good quality product and they do everything they can to help if something is not right. I would order from them again & recommend them.

The skirting I ordered was of top quality. Exactly what I was hoping and the painting finish was perfect. There was a problem with my courier (absolutely nothing to do with skirting UK) and the staff (Rachel) went way above and beyond to fix this issue.
