R. D.The ladies and gents at the Tyburn Road branch are really helpful. Sorted me with some nice patterned tiles, and after my tiler decided to cancel on me last minute gave me a list of numbers of trades to try and help me out.
Would 100% recommend using this store, and indeed I will for future renovations on my house.

These guys are helpful, friendly and highly efficient. They have answered all queries and requests promptly and comprehensively. I have found them extremely professional and in all respects. The tiles I got were good quality and the staff were quick and understanding with adjustments, exchanges et cetera. Even the guys on email at HQ replied swiftly to messages and gave me the information I needed.

And Tim answered the phone - twice - almost immediately, with a friendly, "Topps Tiles, Tim speaking, how can I help?" Glorious! No awful "Press One" with a recorded voice telling you to check on the website. Tim also asked questions to check how we were going to lay our tiles - and immediately made useful suggestions about what adhesive to use.

I really appreciate this consulting approach whereas in many other stores, you're rather left to shop by yourself and use your judgements while the store staff stay hands off. Topps were not like them. I don't regret that I've probably gone top of the range with them, as the materials and services are surely with it.
