D. T.Staff here are always helpful. I have no faults with this branch.
However, management of accounts by national office is fairly ruthless. Which is why I now use Jewson.
You can get a pay as you go account set up on the spot, and this avoids the constant hounding you get from national credit control centre.
But there are plenty of other builders merchants that will give a credit accounts, and that do not harass you for payments every other day.
I have credit accounts with Buildbase, Jewson and RGB to name a few.
