I have had a Trade account with Tops Tiles for over 12 years now, and over the years used at least 10 different Tops Tiles stores, I have found although accents change from store to store, the staff are as highly trained in each of them, very knowledgable on all products stocked (and some that are not) friendly, helpful and always smart in appearance.
