T. D.Great service & advice. Spoke to designer bathrooms over the phone discussed what we needed to order, I placed the order the next day and within a day or so the radiators where in and ready for collection, even loaded into my car for me.

J. C.Bought a j shaped bath and panel at a good price. Unfortunately plumber changed where our plumbing for shower went so I had to desperately change the bath with 5 days to go until tiler was due.
Called up, explained situation and the lady was super helpful and totally understood my scenario. She organised delivery for the new bath and collection of the old bath at the same time for a small fee.

Not only that but I had it a short while before opening it (couldnt get the plumber because of lockdown) and realised I had ordered the wrong colour. Contacted them and the next morning I had my new one delivered and they even took the old one back for me. Fantastic service, will definitely be using again.
