So far so good, went in to have a kitchen planned. Hassan was brilliant and very patient. Extremely helpful throughout the process and was able to tweak our plans for the better. Obviously, we don't have the kitchen yet and there's a long way to go, but an excellent start

Ordered a complete bathroom refit and they've thought of and handled everything, including explanations and itemisation. The designer was very experience and was able to offer really solid and practical advice.

Very good DIY centre for all household materials and work materials from paints all the way up to sand and cement. Price wise they are reasonable but check screwfix first. Visited yesterday and got a great deal on paint, 3 for 2 saving at least £20. Small car park for loading and plenty of carts for transporting heavy materials. Staff are friendly and helpful

Just been in to Wickes Derby for some materials, a young lad called Brad couldn’t of been more helpful! Firstly don't be put off by the 'trade' reputation; equally don't necessarily expect 'trade' prices. Generally pretty good for building materials such as sand, cement, aggregate etc; however, be aware that everything you see online isn't necessarily available/in stock in store so check beforehand. As with most things nowadays it's well worth checking out similar shops to compare prices; although, bear in mind that bulk buys will get you a discount per item. Pretty good customer service and click & collect is fast and efficient, it's also probably the best way to shop here.

Nice warehouse store has all the essential for your home and garden it also sells kitchens and bathrooms etc, im not sure if you can pay for them to be fitted or not that you would need to check. Marterials are reasonably priced, but what i would say it was hard to find staff on the shop floor to help on this occasion

Lovely store with a new showroom tbat really highlights beautiful kitchens and bathrooms. The overal store was clean and felt safe. Staff were polite and happy to help. Looked to be well stocked and overall I would definitely recommend shopping there.

We went for some fence panels, we were helped by a really nice chap called Chris he couldnt of been more helpful, he showed my partner to them, picked out some nice panels and helped with getting them. I didn't want to go to B&Q, due to the fact B&Q are expensive!! So I went to Wickes!!! However, Wickes is also not that cheap!!! You have been warned!!!!

Very nice kitchen showroom with great displays. The main store had all I needed. Shame I could only buy what I could safely carry which was not a lot. I would have used a trolley, but was ordered not to take one before queueing up. There were none by the time I reached the entrance. Customer service not good on that occasion. The store however had good social distancing measures in place, but most customers ignored them.

A decent shop if they have what you want at the right price. In our case we couldn't find what we wanted. There are some fantastic bargains to be had, especially the kitchens. COVID precautions made this shop a bit messy to get into but otherwise OK.

Needed to replace bath and basin taps. Had a look at lots of stores. Screwfix did the same taps but had plastic rather than metal locking nuts. Toss up between here and Toolstation. Wickes nearer so got them from here. 5yr guarantee as well as opposed to 2yr from Screwfix. Good covid measures in place, pity there are no customer toilets available for a store this size. Bought the same basin taps from here 3 years ago, so I know the quality is there.

Holy balls, the price of timber is starting to get real. We laughed at the guy pulling scraps out of a skip but it turns out he was right after all.
