From the initial welcome and planning stages to the supply and fit they were so friendly and helpful , nothing was too much trouble, even when we had a slight problem on the first occasion we used them ( and being honest , no job always goes without some hitches at times ) the prompt and professional way they handled things was a huge factor in our choice of contacting them again for further work . The quality of their products and tiles are first class and the workmanship of the fitting team Alan and Kevin was excellent , very prompt , hardworking and extremely tidy , always going the extra mile to ensure the job was carried out to a high professional standard , if you’re considering a bathroom in your home make a visit to Vizzini high on your list you won’t be disappointed.😁👌

A.Staff were very pleasant and tried to be helpful but the specialist kitchen person was unavailable. Maybe some more staff training would be good to enable greater product knowledge.
