Worth visit
Excellent customer service
C. W.I visited the store today and was greeted at the door by Brian , did the hand sanitiser bit and I was allowed in to look at table saws. Brian could not have been more helpful explaining what was available - I bought a small table saw for the same price as online - very pleased. Brian is a credit to himself and Machine Mart .
G. R.I was looking for an infrared patio heater and supplies were low across the UK. The guys in the Edinburgh branch did a great job sourcing one from England. Well run store with good covid measures and helpful staff!

The guy on the phone was really helpful and let me know that stock was available and I could purchase whenever suited me. I headed straight up to Machine Mart to make my purchase. The store was set out nicely for social distancing and it was straightforward, stress free, quick in and back out again. The guys on the counter were great. Well and truly recommended.

B. G.Bought a used heater which malfunctioned, they changed it over no problem. Staff always eager to help but not too pushy. There are some bargains but also a few items that are a bit pricey hence loss of star.
K. W.Hundreds of products in store, I bought a compressor and accessories kit for a very reasonable price.
L. O.I bought wire shelving units for my garden shed. I had looked online firstly, then headed to the shop, knowing that they had three units in stock. Unfortunitaly this included the display model which had some wear and tear. They ordered a fresh one and I returned to the shop a couple of days later.
The staff were super helpful and even carried the boxes out to the car for me.
This shop is full of interesting things like wood burning stoves to tools and equipment. I also got a great wee gadet which is a mini torch that sits in the cigarette lighter in the car to always keep it charged and you know where to find it.
