Only strange think is you can't walk round the butcher and bathroom displays to reduce contact points but the wardrobe doors are accessible and you have to slide them to see the different options.

K. F. (.I've been shopping at B&Q Cumbernauld for over a decade. People always say the brand is over priced, but there have been times I couldn't get an item at Toolstation/ Screwfix and paying a bit extra has actually saved me money in the long run.
The garden centre for the store gets better year after year. Recently I have been purchasing the discount plants for our community garden at Craigieburn Road, and they have all grown on really well.
I often use B&Q for convenience of we are heading back from Stirling way or back from the dump. Sometimes the queues get a bit long at peak visits... But I've never had an issue. Returns and customer service have also been really helpful when I needed them.

N.Yes, another great visit to B&Q, had done a click and collect on line, mainly due to the size of the goods, great service from them, brought the goods out to the car, loaded them up and away.
Open for the public to go around as normal, bit of a queue for getting in, but moved quickly.

W. M.Not their fault but a lack of building products- sand and wood. Toilets unavailable to customers (again understandable) but did offer the staff facilities which was very kind. A large store with friendly staff.

J. M.Gr8 stock and helpful staff, only fault is the long walk to get to the check outs, complete nonsense in scotland with 5k deaths 30% in end of life care homes out of a 6 million population, you have more chance of a £10 lottery win than catching or dying from this supposed deadly plague.
B. P.Staff very friendly and accodating. Not as much variety as other stores. A lot of product get bad reviews online for products, but never had any issues. Always check products for damage before purchase

A. F.Found what I was looking for no problem. Showed how to use the inhouse scanner using your phone by the man who meets you at the door. Great to learn something new every day.
C. C.It normally has the stuff that you need but it best to shop around and get a better deal elsewhere like amazon or screwfix. Every time I go there the checkouts are a nightmare, only one till is open and the self service tills never seem to be working. Finding a staff member can be difficult too. The good thing is that you can touch the product and examine it before you buy or go online and get it from some where else.
P. M.Went in for a few things for the garden. The staff were very helpful and advised me on the best item to buy. All friendly. The checkout staff were prompt and cheerful.

M.A member of staff met you at the door with sanitizer ....the store was busier than I expected but lots of 2 metres signs ....unfortunately the staff were not social distancing and 3 staff members 1 without a mask took up one of the large aisle talking and blocking customers trying to get by so no social distance for the customers....I would probably think twice about going back at this time
C. M.Great shop that's pretty handy if your local to the area and it being open after 6pm helps when you need to pick something up after work. The retail park that it's in is never very busy, which means that there is plenty of space for parking.
The staff are very helpful and the shop has a large saw, where they can cut wooden panels for you, which saves a lot of work at home (i.e. when you are building wardrobe shelves). Just select bits you want, take them to the saw and have your sizes noted down.
S. C.Firstly a member of staff standing at door, spraying 'hand sanitiser' onto customers hands out of a plastic bottle with hand sanitizer written in felt pen. I fully appreciate that it is very important to use it, but I like to know exactly what I'm using on my hands. Inside is chaos, aisle taped off & no clear direction to move about store safely or get out if you dont buy anything. I wanted to look at bathroom suites, but the area is all taped off, can only look from afar. Shambles

I've managed to phone to find out stock. The staff on the phone were helpful and fairly quick on telling me what was on the shelves.
There's plenty of room to move around with the carts as it's a giant warehouse.
