C.I can only speak from my own experience with CMT based in Glasgow, I ordered a Dremel 8020 cordless multi tool platinum edition at 2:10 pm friday afternoon and it arrived at 12:48 pm the next day and i live near the south coast , Wow what a fantastic service i did not expect my order to arrive the next day as i had recieved an email stating it would arrive on Monday if i had one gripe it would be the packing maybe a box would have been better than a plastic bag but it did arrive in perfect condition so no real problem , thank you CMT i can now get on with my projects

P. S.Customer service is a deal breaker for me, and this company hit the nail on the head .... I received goods that were not quite as they should have been, I was immediately issued a free return label and after despatching it back to them I promptly received a full refund the following day .... Now thats how customer service is done - Thanks guys !!

D. A.If you look hard enough, you'll find reviews talking about poor customer service from Campbell Miller. I'm not sure if something has changed with them but my experience was first class.
Unfortunately the goods arrived damaged, 1 quick email and I got a very prompt reply from them, very polite and apologetic, return pick up arranged for the next day, replacement tools arrived a couple of days later.
Very happy with the replacement tools and the excellent service I got from them.
K. H.I have given Campbell Miller 5 stars based on two orders. Neither of which I have had problems with so can't say how they would deal with any issues. What I can say is, the two Bosch products I have bought were the cheapest on the market. It is swings and roundabouts with prices though. Communications were excellent getting emails and texts confirmation of order and delivery. My last item ordered online on bank holiday Monday was dispatch on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday by DPD who I find to be the best courier from my experience.

H.I have bought a fair amount of gear from Cambel miller, and although they are friendly on the phone, I always seem to have issues with items not being in stock, and constantly needing to follow up on status of orders to check what is going on. It's just a bit more hassle than what I would like to deal with.
