Yes. Excellent service and knowledge from young Brian. Went here to find the correct thumbturn cylinder lock. Brian had the patience and knowledge to explain the parameters needed to identify the correct product for which there and many permutations. Brian excelled where other locksmiths and hardware stores didn't have the knowledge to answer my questions. Many thanks for solving the problem. 100% recommend George Boyd. 26/3/21 1422 hrs.Went in looking for a bit for a door lock.You always feel a bit useless if you know nothing about DIY. The assistant Brian was helpful, polite and patient and offered excellent genuine customer service.
