B.I bought four brass brackets for super heavy kitchen shelf, absolutely lovely. more imporntatly, when one was from different batch so holes didn't line up, Alex was quick to dig up a replacement and send out incl with return evnvelope for old one, 5*!!!

We purchased a rim lock from this company; I don’t know if they manufactured these locks or buy them in, however the quality is remarkable, Rolls Royce of locks, everything has been thought of as regards fitting, would highly recommend this company if you don’t mind the price, then this is the shop for you, the old saying the quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten hopefully must apply to this piece, only time will tell, spent some time looking over the lock in great detail, couldn’t thought it very impressed well done, the door knocker company.

E. H.Brilliant company. I had been looking for the perfect door knocker for a while and I'm so happy I chose to order from this company! The knocker is really heavy which I love, looks super expensive (and it wasn't!)
Also great customer service, my knocker didn't arrive within 5 days so they sent another one straight out. Turns out, I'd missed the 'sorry we missed you' card from the postman and the original knocker was waiting for me at the Post Office! There were no questions asked, just a really efficient response.
Would absolutely recommend this place.
