The service i had from Hillington tile giant store was simply brilliant. Sorry for the long review but i feel i should explain my story. I had previously brought tiles from another tile store in Hillington, who let me down, i won't name and shame but they were less than helpful shall we say. The other store promised my tiles within 2 weeks and i was still waiting for them 6 weeks later, they were quick enough to take my money tho and used every excuse for the delay in delivery of my tiles. After i received my refund from the Original store. I visited a few more of the tile shops in Hillington and found some of them used very pushy sales tactics or didn't seem interested in my project. Upon visiting the Tile giant store, i found the staff very welcoming and friendly and not to overbearing with the sales tactics, they listened carefully about the needs for my project and the problems i had previously had with the previous store. Keith and William were very knowledgeable and helped me get everything i needed for my kitchen project, which included no more ply boards that i had never heard of before. The price for my whole project came in nearly 25% less than i had previously been quoted by the other store. These guys gave me a fantastic discount because the size of my project being over 50 metres square, going even beyond the 20% sale they had on at the time. I cannot thank Keith and William enough for helping me get our Kitchen finished after being let down by other store and without a proper kitchen for 8 weeks the tiles look great and were delivered within 5 days of ordering. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend 5 stars.

having been to almost every tile store in Glasgow area, we were pleased to find the kitchen tiles we wanted at a good price. As it was a difficult design we bought more than we needed, but didn't find this out until the job was complete. Being left with 2 sealed boxes, we phoned the store and spoke to William M who was extremely helpful in explaining returns procedure. We took the tiles back and William processed the return with ease. Tile Giant will be first port of call in the future due to choice of materials, price and the helpful anf knowledgeable staff.

Second time shopping in the Hillington branch and I must say service today from Keith was fantastic, He made me and my Husband laugh so much after a stressful day for us and he really made our trip to the store enjoyable, he took time to explain the best options for our project and gave us unbiased honest advice which was really refreshing, unlike some of the other stores in the area that we visited that use pushy hard sell tactics, Keith was brilliant and we would recommend him highly.
