Kinda feels like you are an interruption to their busy day. Whenever I shop here staff always seem to direct you to someone else. Waste ages trying to find the 'right' staff member or helping staff find stock. Was told on this visit they don't cut MDF.

Online ordering does not tell you they are out of stock but takes your money. Phone before ordering. However Jason did a great job in sourcing my order after.
