r. c.Great service and great selection of tools with most of what you need in stock. I Don’t understand the other reviews. As I live in Ipswich I often always drop in early in the morning or at the end of the day and they are always more than helpful.

Friendly staff who ordered in from their warehouse and then phoned when it was in store (ordered in store on Tuesday, received phone call on Wednesday saying it was ready for pickup). Honoured original pricing after their website pricing went up. Even helped me carry it out to my car.
