We’ve just had a new door surround fitted by Neil at doorcanopy.co.uk and our front door now looks fabulous. Great experience from the point of first contact. Neil came out to measure up and was clear about the cost, fitting and expected time scales. He arrived nice and early on fitting day and took his time to do a very professional job, as well as being a nice bloke! He even took time to fit our new house number for us. We're very happy with the service and end result and would highly recommend.

We are delighted with our new canopy and have to say Neil and his fitter were very helpful, friendly and professional. Neil took the time to offer us several sketches and different design options before we made our mind up and we are very pleased with the installation and how it looks. aI had wondering what to do about my canopy for a couple of years. I found a few that I liked. I spoke to Neil and he recommended one. On 13th January 2021 Neil and George, removed the old one canopy and attached the new one with in a couple of hours. Because the old one was so rotten they had to return a couple of weeks later. The canopy is complete and sealed. But I will need to arrange for an electrician to complete the wiring of the lights. Am very pleased with the new canopy it really looks great.

Great product, friendly service - Steel tubes and clear composite cover design, colour matched to my new front door. Makes it all look smart and modern. So much better than the old decaying swiss chalet style unit that disintegrated when it was removed. Waited awhile to make sure everything was fine and it’s gone through a couple of bad storms and first snow of the year, so would recommend to anyone.

Appeared to be a good service once it was finally done. It looked good and Neil was very friendly. Unfortunately once the weather turned and rain came it proved to leak - water was pouring through the live wires for the light fitting. On inspection it proved the seal at the top had large gaps in it which allowed the rain water in. I contacted Neil and he made arrangements to call and fix it. Unfortunately he did not show but re arranged stating before Friday ( giving him 3 working days ) he did not show. He did not respond to any messages afterwards. Even though I had fully informed him that the rain water was pouring thought the light - staring it was live wires- he has yet to respond. Due to the danger issues involved I have now had to pay someone else to come and reseal it but they have stated that due to the fixture bowing out from the wall that this still may not work long term. Very disappointed.
