I was a bit apprehensive about visiting Howarth Timber as it’s not like a ‘normal’ diy store. However, I was really grateful for the way I was treated as a woman on her own trying to buy diy stuff! Firstly, Andy on the main desk was really helpful in showing me where to find the things I needed. Then, Dominic, who worked in the warehouse area was just a pleasure to deal with! He listened to me and looked at my cutting list before finding what I needed & cutting it to size!! Well done Howarth Timber!!!

Very helpful & friendly guys in the Leeds Cross Green branch, Ive been a few times for decking and theyve cut it to size for me, as many as you need, unlike B&Q with their 2 cuts max policy.
