Popped into the Leeds Elland Road branch for the first time and was pleasantly greeted by Paul. I wanted to set up a trade account and Paul helped get this set up in a few minutes. He was very professional and helpful throughout the visit. After I told him what I was looking for, he walked me around the store explaining which items were in stock and lead times on others and offered to get samples ordered in. Great service.

The store staff on Elland Road were absolutely brilliant 👏 👌.They couldn't have been more helpful. S5 different times ...I dealt with 4 of them...they were polite and nothing was too much trouble ..this the reason why I bought my new kitchen tiles from here. WIll must definitely use them again and recommend them to others .

I cannot remember the last time I received customer service as good as I did from Paul at Tile Giant, Leeds. To say that they went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct tiles delivered in time for fitting is an absolute understatement. If all shops treated you like I was treated here, shopping would be completely stress free! From the first initial visit in store to the final delivery I cannot fault Tile Giant and would recommend them absolutely. Thanks a lot!

I would just like to praise Daniel Davis at the Leeds store who is a great assett for the company. He was very helpful and with good design ideas to help us find the right Kitchen floor and splashback tiles. I have been looking for tiles for my bathroom for the last few weeks with most stores been overly priced for the tile boarder or not interested in doing a deal for the amount I needed. I went into the leeds store and dealt with Matthew and Daniel over a few visits great custimer service from them both not pushy great advise and knowledge on their ranges, eventually i bought the metro tiles along with boarder tiles from here and im delighted with the way they look in my bathroom. Could not recomend this store enough to my friends you have fantastic staff and they deserve some recognition for it.

This is my 2nd purchase, visited Unit 3, Shawbeck Industrial Estate, Elland Rd, Leeds LS11 8AX Once again I have returned to Tile Giant Leeds, this is due to the outstanding service from James and Daniel, they are very passionate about your needs and always happy to accommodate your requirements, whether it be over the phone needing information or face to face. Also they are happy to deliver the tiles at a time that suits me, this is very reassuring as it is sometimes difficult to predict when the preparation works will be completed. Personally they are fantastic Lads who always happy to help, or point you in the right direction. Tiles I purchased again, are Venue Grey for my bathroom, look absolutely fantastic and easy to clean, constantly leaving my Ensuite looking fresh. Thanks Tile Giant keep up the great work. 👍

Charley helped us choose some lovely tiles but it was the first shop we'd been to so we went and looked elsewhere before deciding that they were the right tiles. We were also offered a drink while we browsed. We went back and James was really helpful but I wanted to sleep on it and think about mosaic accents before committing. Went back a 3rd time and again James was really helpful and we (finally) made our purchase. Arrived in store quickly and we got a phone call advising us they were in stock. Staff kindly loaded the car for me although had to do it in 2 journeys as 21 boxes were too heavy for my boot. Each time we went back the staff remembered us (and my daughter's name) and the conversations we'd had on previous occasions which made it an easier purchase. The staff were knowledgeable and gave advice but weren't pushy. They also advised things that we didn't need to buy which left us feeling more confident when buying the things that they recommended. We'd certainly shop here again for tiles. The tiles are currently sitting in a pile in the house looking for a tiler tiler so can't comment on how easy they are to fit but they certainly look lovely in the lighting we have at home.

I searched numerous tile stores but found just what I wanted in Tile Giant (Leeds). The store held the tiles & adhesive for me until I was ready for them which was really helpful. During lockdown Craig compiled a whole list of items I wanted to collect with the tiles. (I phoned ahead to minimize contact time). He gave valuable advice, double checked the order & offered excellent customer service throughout, without any hard selling. He even loaded my car when my husband had to stay home for a delivery. Thanks for everything... it has been a pleasure shopping at Tile Giant. We have not done the tiling yet .. but plan to update this review in due course.

I decided to buy from Tile Giant as their website was noticeably easier and better to use than many of their competitors. Their show room was well presented and Daniel provided excellent customer service. Daniel had good knowledge of the products and was a pleasure to be served by.

I recently visited this store, Great staff, large selection of tiles and the store is extremely inspirational, I ended up purchasing 50m of 20mm outdoor porcelain tiles very reasonably priced and my installer really praised the quality of the tiles. I would highly recommend Tile Giant Leeds.
