Could not fault the guys at tile point one bit! Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. All products supplied and delivered within a matter of days, all products are of amazing quality and better priced than any of their competitors. Massive shout out to the owner and his son for their knowledge and expertise in helping me build the bathroom of my dreams. Amazing value for money and by far the most friendliest and accommodating service I have received. If I could give more 10* I would. Outstanding products and services, thank you once again.

Absolutely outstanding service from the first visit, delivery and after. Sadly we were let down by our bathroom fitter and we also had to change some items that had been measured wrongly. Tile point immediately said not to worry we'll sort new things for you and they did exactly that within a few days. Would highly recommend them. Very good prices, hard to find a local bathroom merchant with prices as good and even competes with most of the big online stores, who lack the same quality and customer service you get at tile point. The staff were excellent throughout, helping me create my vision and offering helpful suggestions on colours of grout and types of tile trim I could use. Excellent customer service. Bought wood effect tiles with slate grey grouting from them and the outcome is out of this world. Amazing quality! Would definitely recommend to others. Edit 11/07/2020 - Superb service from these fine guys. Just completed my bathroom with tiles and it is absolutely amazing. Very friendly staff that make you feel welcome at all times. 10/10. Will definitely be seeing Tile Point again for the next project :).

Bought some bathroom and kitchen splashback tiles from here. The sales staff are very helpful and not too pushy. They give discounts on the advertised prices so make sure to ask. Also, the guy who helped me load up my car double checked the order and found there was 1 box of tiles missing, clearly a genuine mistake, one I wouldn't have noticed.

These guys use to work for Al Murad and now set up there own business. I had the pleasure of visiting them for bags of adhesive, grout, trims etc. My builder highly recommended them and they provided at trade prices. The range of toilets, baths, etc are brilliant, majority are designer and branded. If you are after quality bathroom at online prices come and visit them, you will not be disappointed. They even offer complimentary coffee ☕, brilliant service and most importantly nice peoples. Keep up the good work!
