Really good quality brass finials, perfect for what I needed (38mm used as replacement bed knobs) at a very reasonable cost and arrived within a few days. No complaints at all and would use Broughtons again without hesitation.

We were very pleased with the Stag lamp we bought from Broughtons. Spoke to Laura who was very polite and happy to help. The lamp was not in stock but arrived in 2 weeks. Packaging was unbelievable no way was anything going to be damaged. So thank you for a very smooth purchase. Very happy indeed it looks fantastic on our hall table.

Ordered 2 types of light from Broughtons, unfortunately one was delayed. Broughtons brought this to my attention immediately and gave me the option to wait/ cancel. They sent out the other light in the meantime and were very clear & accurate on when they would be sending the second light. Could not fault their customer service or their comms. Will use them again.

Fantastic customer service, I could only find the item I needed on Broughtons website, although a discontinued item they had one in stock online so I ordered it, unfortunately it was somewhere in their warehouse but not sure where, after a phone call to them explaining the items importance to finish a job they must have put all their staff on a warehouse hunt to find it & find it they did, may I say a lot companies out there would have just refunded the purchase & sent me on my way. Thank's again Broughtons Lighting & Ironmongery.

I buy lots of products from this company. Their website is well displayed, and the quality of the products they stock is excellent, but their trade discount frankly is embarrassing... (like a miserable 5%!) - Their website doesn't seem to keep any of your previous orders despite 'registering' which is annoying too... delivery is prompt.

What a company, second to having an amazing range of high quality switches and power points (check out the forged iron range!), the service was simply outstanding. Following various 'complications' of my existing lighting set up, Ben (part of the awesome sales team) painstakingly supported me with posting out various options until we broke through to the other side (they even paid the return postage despite all the errors my end). I won't hesitate to recommend buying from Broughtons for these reasons. True high level British customer service still exists!!!!!

A cornucopia of architectural ironware and much more. Originally trading from Churchgate in Leicester city centre, Broughtons moved out to larger premises in Anstey some years ago and are now located in a former cinema which houses a vast array of stock on two floors. Although you can order on line, a visit to the shop is definitely the best way to see the extent of their range.
