Ordered decking boards cheapest and quickest delivery available in the current climate. Rang a few places before finding them on a drive by chance. Items were to be delivered in 5 days but came in 3 days. Great service, top lads at the counter.

Fantastic. Honest and accurate communication. I have had 4 separate deliveries from BuildYard the last couple of weeks due to stock changing constantly (as to be expected). They have always been delivered on time! Staff always friendly and helpful on delivery as they're coming from stores during lockdown. Well done all!

The best customer service ever! I was having a whole property renovation from scratch, the staff at the branch sourced me the best material I requested at an amazing price and helped me locate the best labourers possible. I visited the Melton Road Branch of BuildYard. I needed fence panels and a lot of help as I am not a builder! I was treated with great courtesy and kindness by Zain who was very helpful. I was under the mistaken impression that I could carry the panels home on the bus. Zain really went the extra mile-- personally collecting the panels from another branch to make sure that my fence panels were delivered on time. I needed them very quickly as a handyman had already been booked to fit them. He was also very helpful. It was a fantastic start to my week. To think that such kindness still exists in this world -- I highly recommend this branch!

Great Place, Extremely Good Prices reckon I saved a couple of £'000 in comparison to another independent and even more compared to Wickes or Travis Perkins. Vast product range, if they don't have it stock they can source it. Definitely would recommend to others and will be coming back!!
