I placed 2 orders for delivery and only recieved one hassell free. The second one was missing due to parcel force couldn’t be bothered to deliver it. I did experience a few issues along the way with screwfix as the First Lady couldn’t help me called Emma . Racheal put the phone down on me while I was trying to get help . However there’s a young lady called ria and she went 100% out of her way to track my missing item and she has given me faith in screwfix. But be warned if you order anything to be delivered they use the worst parcelforce ever.! Collect do not order my item was in a dreadful state when I finally went and fetched it myself.

Fantastic place to get your DIY stuff. Helpful staff with willingness to spend time looking at what you want (which is nowhere to be seen now-a-days). Remarkably staff help you to get your heavy buys on to your car or can. Highly recommended.

Store for all the DIY. Easy to find items via a catalogue and order via a manned cashier. Easy price structure to follow. Staff are not tradesman for installation so they have a limited knowledge on regulations and requirements. However the staff are very helpful in their effort to find an item to Your needs if not obvious in the Catalogue pages. Well laid out unit.

I went to this branch of screwfix to buy a pair of safety boots but didn't realise it was click and collect. I had to order the boots through the website on my phone. A member of staff called dawn was very very helpful when I had problems with the payment section.i would like to thank dawn for really helping me. I also received my very good customer service in the store while I was collecting my order

GRUMPY staff , serve like they dont want to be there, what happened to the great service with a smile on their advertising? Showing smily faces but really they are all Grumpy... make the customer welcomed, dont make the customer leave like they have had a bad experience... and dont blame it all the COVID situation..

You get what you want, when you want it. Suggest you look online first, to check the stock, fill in the slip, over to the desk and pay and wait a short time and the goods will be handed over. Simple as that.
