I visited tile planet on recommendation from a friend and was advised to ask for Ilyas. Coincidently on arrival at the store this was the gentleman I got to speak to. We have ordered a variety of things including tiles, vanity, showers, shower screens etc. Ilyas has been amazing from day 1. I actually thought he was the owner as he always went that extra mile! He takes the time to plan the bathroom with measurements I supplied, provided me with ides, recommendations of items and always steered me in the right direction. Important thing for me was I never felt pressured. Any issues that arose Ilyas dealt with professionally and efficiently. Being as busy and popular as he is with customers if I was unable to to speak to him immediately he would always call back. He definitely took the stress out of designing and sorting my bathrooms. They only stock the best quality items. My mums been back to Ilyas and had all materials for her bathroom also. Highly recommend this place as the whole team is friendly, experienced and nothing is too much for them. It is now my go to place for bathroom related items.

Sohel is FANTASTIC!!! Buying a new home isn't easy and you want to make sure everything looks stunning. Me and my wife were looking for a new, modern bathroom. Just updated my bathroom and I bought everything from here: shower, shower tray, wall tiles, floor tiles.. and things I didn't even know I needed Grout, Extractor fan, accessories. Tallaha was our main point of contact and he knew his stuff, great advice.. Unbiased and the best part no sales pressure. Good quality kit at competitive prices. Even had to change a few items which they did without complaining.

I went to a lot of tile shops and kitchen shops, but they were useless. I came to Tileplanet and they have everything! They helped me match tiles bought grout etc etc within 20 minutes, so happy I came here. Also their prices are very good & quality is top! I went to return the remaining tiles (with prior agreement) on a Saturday and they gave me a sandwhich! Keep up the excellent service, will definitely come back and recommend :D

Went to Tile Planet and a few other places when I was looking to renovate my bathroom. The staff here were so friendly and nice and seemed so genuine and honest. They were patient with my 101 questions and answered them all. I was travelling with work yet via WhatsApp they still helped and assisted. Kindly took back excess stock I had and were real friendly. Price was competitive but service was brilliant. Would definitely recommend them and would use again.

ILIAS BHAI is FANTASTIC!!! Decorating a new Bathroom isn't easy and after 14 years of wait. The excitement was brilliant. Ilias bhai help me choose the correct theme but also suggested a Tiler Shazaad bhai. Fantastic person. No time wasting. Father and son team. Left me and hubby speechless. I just wanted everything to look stunning. Now my bathroom looks new, modern and stylish with a large bluetooth LED MIRROR.. Ilias bhai went out of his way and 100% did look after us and showed us different styles, but i was keen on grey. 100% reccomend him from the whole team. (They all are good their, but my favourite person is Ilias bhai I have known him for so many years. We called in here on the off chance to look at tiles in November and Sohil was so helpful we ordered. We have just been back, and again its was Sohil who helped us with excellent customer service, we have visited a lot of Bathroom showroom in Leicester in the past few months, but nobody has taken as much time to ensure we were getting the quality and style we wanted at the right price, so today we have ordered all our bathrooms from Sohil. Everybody is so friendly and helpful in the shop i can not recommend Tile Planet and especially Sohil enough not just for tiles but bathroom furniture and accessories we will definitely be returning for interior doors and a it goes without saying a cup of tea or hot chocolate!
