I love going to the Toolstation the store is great with everything I need. The staff have always been polite, friendly and helpful and a pleasure to talk to and ready to give advice. Also the prices are very competitive and usually lower than other likewise shops. Try it for yourself.

I went in store to return some bulbs that I have purchased that were incorrect and exchanged them for a complete light fitting, I was helped by Vivek who was fast, patient,Very helpful and understanding. I would recommend that he gets a pay rise or a good bonus. Keep up the great service.

Excellent Customer focus. I regularly use this branch and the staff are always 'switched on' and focussed on serving the customer as quickly and accurately as possible. I recently had to send a family member to collect items for my business. The family member was very impressed that after only two trips the staff knew who they were and had the items waiting. Have used this branch for a couple of years, the staff are always accommodating and helpful. They usually have most things in stock but can order in for next day delivery. Still managing to get us tradespeople sorted even with the pandemic!

Always served to a very good standard, Grant even helps me load up my van. Very kind and considerate.

Slowly switching from SCREWFIX as prices are cheaper here and staff are so helpful. Receipts are kept on their system so no need for it when returning. Also they can reserve stock on other branch if you are in desperate need. Keep it up!!!
