The staff are always helpful and polite, I couldn't find what I was looking for in the costumers book, Ifey asked if I needed any help I explained what I was after he found them for me, unfortunately only had one in stock, he rang Freeman's Common to save me the only one they had in stock and I would go and get it. Toolstation is the first place I look if I need anything. Dave.

If you fancy chatting about your weekend project or quite frankly, you don't have a clue what you are buying or doing, then pop into toolstation! Here is where they are happy to spend time with you to decipher exactly what the hell you are on about. This time I timed it at just over 6mins for 2 staff to serve the person in front. Good thing i needed a soup today or I may have really been mad. Top prices overall and always good stock levels. Recommended for all! (P.s. hope you all enjoy the pic I took during my wait.)

im a regular customer of toolstation and i’ve been using the click and collect service which works well even if i ordered stock at the wrong store the manager sorted it out quickly and i didn’t need to travel across town to collect from freeman’s common “first class service “ in these strange time
