j. h.Called in today. We were greeted by friendly staff we now know as Tom, Matt and Emily.
They let us look around with no pressure sales encouraged questions and were very knowledable about there products. We took there advice on our selection and are very excited about getting our new bathroom. They even provide a measuring up service for the floor and wall tiles.
Tom is calling out on Monday to measure our bathroom and cloakroom.
Fantastic service highly recommend.

He was so helpful, knowledgeable of all our requirements, even down to things we had no knowledge of that would be needed for a new bathroom. He suggested lots of different options and was very patient with what both my dad and I required.
Tony was a delight from our first entry of the store until we left. We bought everything we needed at a very good price. Thank you Tony.

S. C.2 years ago we remade our bathroom and bought at Clifton all our parts, from walk in shower to wall hanged toilet, sink etc.
Quality of all parts is great, and like so we also found its prices!
Besides this, customer care is really good, not only at the time of purchase two years ago, but also now as I visited the store to source some spares that were required for basic maintenance of the shower (25yrs warranty). The team helped me find all I needed very easily and quickly, and gave me all for free as per warranty.

Called into Huyton branch, spoke with Emily, who promised the part I required the following week. The following week I called back and spoke with joe.
