I had fantastic service from everyone at Aqua Bathrooms when they redesigned and refurbished my bathroom. David in the Northfields office provided expert advise and help, and they were always quick to respond to any questions. Marcin did a fantastic job of clearing out the out suite and fitting the new one. He was completely reliable and very hard-working, his attention to detail was superb, and he made sure he cleaned up at the end of the day. I'm really delighted with my new bathroom and so happy to have had such a trustworthy and reliable service all the way through the process. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our bathroom refurbishment has just been completed by a team from the Ealing branch of Aqua Bathroom under the supervision of David. We are thrilled with the final result. From the my first visit to the showroom with an enquiry, I was impressed. The whole operation has been seamless and efficient. David is very professional, thorough, highly efficient and knows his design and products really well. He is also very nice to deal with and replies to all queries really quickly. The presentation of the quotation was so clear and the 3D design just superb! Lots of alterations were done to it along the way and all dealt with most helpfully. A visit to Lee at the larger Twickenham showroom to see some bits and pieces was also very useful. Dominik and Rafael who installed the bathroom, with a few days help from Tom, were very skilled workers and very nice people to have in the house. They checked every necessary detail with us along the way. Prior to the job starting, where necessary, floor protection and dust sheeting was used and a really good clean-up was done at the end. Deliveries were like clockwork! Minor snags were sorted within days of the job completion. Faultless service. We would highly recommend.

I consulted a number of bathroom fitters in advance of having my bathroom refurbished. I found Aqua Bathroom (David and Lee) to be very friendly and helpful - their professional, efficient service and quality of materials was my main reason in choosing them. My experience from start to finish was excellent - everything went as planned, the 3D images of the bathroom make finalising plans very easy. George the fitter was brilliant and did a first class job, including addressing a couple of minor snags. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Aqua Bathroom installed a new bathroom for me in November 2020. They custom designed it from scratch for me using their 3D computer design tool, so I knew how it would look before they began. Kris (the installer) was a brilliant guy with an incredible attention to detail. And David project managed the whole thing from start to finish. He always made himself available whenever I wished to speak with him. I'm delighted with my finished bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We had Aqua recommended to us by a neighbour and could not be happier with our new bathroom and cloakroom. We received a hugely professional and friendly service - David's 3D modelling, sage design advice and lightning quick replies were always appreciated and the fitting team led by Lukasz were complete gents and absolute perfectionists. They were really flexible too in attending to our every whim, even when we made last minute changes or needed extra bits around the house done. When an unexpected issue came up with the positioning of our piping they came up with a solution quickly and with zero fuss - managing to sort scaffolders and a roofer in the space of 24 hours! I just couldn't believe how efficient the whole operation was and the final result is exactly what we wanted. Great value and highly recommended.

I had aqua install my ensuite last year (2019). I was so impressed that I had them back this year (2020) to do my main bathroom. On each occasion they surpassed expectations. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The quality of workmanship is top-class, especially the tiling. Right from the start, and throughout the project, they ensure that you end up with a bathroom that you are really happy with.

Very pleased. Very professional - we picked out what we wanted in our bathroom-to-be and David sent us a 3-D sketch of what it would look like. We particularly wanted a Candide Cistern Dual Flush toilet installed - from experience we knew this was a reliable loo that really did its job - if you get my drift - and this was duly ordered and installed. The staff who came to install it were all very pleasant and efficient, laying down carpet protector etc before they began work, and clearing up at the end of each working day. We'd highly recommend Aqua Bathrooms if you were looking for a really reliable contractor - and if you want a reliable loo - go for the Candide Cistern Dual Flush - it's surprising how many loos don't always do what they are supposed to!

We ordered a vanity unit and basin and they were delivered the following morning. Unfortunately the basin was slightly damaged so we contacted Aqua Bathroom Ltd and sent a couple of photos showing the damage and the basin was replaced the next day without any fuss. We were so impressed, not only with the superb customer service and prompt delivery, but also with the quality of the goods and the competitive price. We would not hesitate to recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future.
