Fantastic customer service from Jay, who answered all our questions with expertise and patience and helped us get all the necessary materials for our new built-in bookshelves. Good quality wood ( unlike many other cheap suppliers), reasonable prices and a fast friendly service. Not all branches are this good. Lol

Went to get some board cut there yesterday after a disappointing experience at B&Q (honestly - don't bother) . Board cut perfectly in no time at all, staff were helpful and friendly, products were of very high quality, price was reasonable, couldn't recommend it more.
