I have had a recent problem with a shower unit which I bought from Hyde Park Bathrooms about 12 years ago and needed a spare part. I rang the company in the hope that they good identify the spare based on photographs I had taken of the problem. Bilal and his colleague (sorry no name) were extremely helpful and identified the part and put it on order extremely quickly. I have received excellent customer service which has been knowledgeable, efficient, professional and always helpful and most pleasant. I cannot praise them too highly

Absolutely amazing experience, from the moment I walked into Hyde Park Bathrooms & Kitchens (HPBK) showroom. The showroom is well laid out, displaying the latest designed products from all the major European manufacturers, allowing lots of choice and numerous layout options. The sales team, with special thanks to Ahmed and Aydin were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, making every part of the process from design through to installation of my bathrooms easy, with nothing being too much trouble. Peter the bathroom fitter did a first-class job, his attention to detail is exceptional. He was punctual, extremely professional and completed the works within the agreed time frame. After having met with quite a few bathroom showrooms m, in London and just outside London, Aydin and Hyde Park Bathrooms clearly stood out: Aydin was straight away very helpful in helping me find the bathroom that I had in mind and he was throughout extremely friendly and available, always answering my questions and making really good suggestions. He clearly has an extremely good knowledge of all the available options and for every element of the bathroom he was always suggesting different options for me to choose from. He even came up with a really nice idea regarding the overall design which I have adopted. What I was also really happy about is that even after he sold me the bathroom I wanted, he remained extremely available and helpful, making sure I received all the different elements on time and making sure everything was happening smoothly, which again proved his professionalism. Definitely recommend to get in touch with him if you need a bathroom renovation.

Thank you Aydin at the Showroom in Baker Street who adviced us on every aspect of getting rid of our bath and installing a walk in shower. Good variety of high quality fittings and he helped us choose everything from the tiles to the tray and glassware to a fabulous mirror cabinet with lots of storage and lights. Big Thanks to Peter, the Installer too who put everything together beautifully to complete our new bathroom...he discarded all the old stuff and installed all new fittings perfectly as well as tiling, piping, electricals etc. without fuss and mess...he made it look so easy but he worked very hard. Love our new bathroom!

It was a pleasure to deal once more with Aydin and the team at Hyde Park bathrooms. They did a previous job for us last year as well. This was a rather complicated job as we wanted partial refurbishment of two bathrooms, without damaging the existing tiles. Aydin assisted us with sourcing matching ties for both bathrooms and Hyde Park bathrooms offered an excellent range of options of showers and vanity units. The job was completed to perfection by Peter within a reasonable time frame. The attention to detail and ability to solve problems was superb. For example, we discovered that the bathroom was leaning at an angle, leaving a gap against the shower, but Peter quickly found a great solution while maintaining the great look. Aydin also handled an urgent problem with great skill and his time management was superb, offering almost immediate replies to emails and calls. I can’t recommend the team at Hyde Park bathrooms highly enough.

I would like to say a big thank you to Aydin, and the team in Hyde Park Bathrooms and Kitchens Aydin helped me source the bathroom items I needed in a week's time when he followed up with me 3 weeks after my initial visit to the shop in early Aug. I was in a rush to get the items to the builder to fit the bathroom. He managed to get the items delivered in a short span of time. He was also very attentive as I had specific requirements on the items I wanted. When the item wasn't available, he was able to recommend other similar items to meet my needs. Overall, he's very prompt, patient and attentive. I would also like to commend the other team members as well. The bathroom items were scheduled to be delivered on a Wed and the builder did not attend to the delivery as agreed. Zubair from the warehouse called me and explained the situation, and kindly helped to speak to the driver to try a redelivery on the same date. However, my builder said he wouldn't make it to the time for the redelivery, the items in the end were sent back to the warehouse for my builder to pick up. Zubair followed through and gave me updates. He was very understanding Bilal another team member at the shop was helpful and attentive to help me design my kitchen. in the end, I got the kitchen elsewhere as I needed a quick delivery time. But he was trying his best Thanks again Aydin, Zubair and Bilal and the team there. Really appreciate all of your help to make it a less stressful and pleasant experience for me for my new home

Gary Flynn is a star! I received the best service I have ever had from anyone In customer service. I needed a Villeroy and Boch sink and WC within 24 hours as the suite I ordered wasn't right for the space and my plumbing team were booked for the next day. I called at lunchtime on a Thursday and Gary picked up. Gary guided me through the products and gave me advice on what would suit my taste and requirements. He also called the suppliers and made sure I could have the suite delivered on Friday before 11am instead of Monday morning. He surpassed all expectations and went the extra mile on various levels. I have never reviewed any service but it's also been years since I have had amazing service like this so it's important to raise awareness when you receive it. He was polite, patient and emailed me with all info on tech specs, delivery times and was generally just so helpful. I will definitely be using them again and will tell all my contacts don't look any further than Hyde Park for bathrooms.

I was looking for a V&B Oblic wall-hung pan, which is not produced anymore since some years and is nowhere available in Germany. Fortunately for me Hyde Park Bathrooms and Kitchens still had exactly 1 piece left. The big challenge was that it had to be delivered to Berlin (Germany). At first this seemed hopeless due to the high shipping costs, but Gary Flynn worked hard until an acceptable price solution for the transport was found. All communication took place promptly by email. After everything was clarified, the delivery took only 2 days and the rare piece arrived here in excellent condition. The colleagues from the warehouse and dispatch had a decisive part in this, who also did a great job. A big thank you also to them. For me, Gary was a prime example of what it means to be valued as a customer and treated well. Compliments and keep up the good work!

The staff could not have been more helpful, especially Bilal, in giving useful and practical advice both when I came to the shop in the summer and much, much later when I was finally ready to order this January. Mine was a very small order in the scheme of renovating bathrooms but was a specialist piece of equipment not available from many places. Hyde Park Bathrooms made me feel as if my order was every bit as important to them as a large order. The item was ordered and delivered in double quick time. Payment was smooth and simple. We have used Hyde Park Bathrooms for all thee bathrooms that we did as part of our full flat refurbishment. They were very professional and spent hours with us helping choosing bathroom sanitary ware, sharing their product knowledge and offer professional advice. At one point I was considering sourcing sanitary ware from online as it appeared slightly cheaper but I sm so happy that in the end we placed order with Hyde Park Bathrooms. They offer to store items in their warehouse and offer up to three deliveries, this is very convenient as you don’t want to have all items sitting on site while other works are in progress. This set up allows to have first fix items first followed by second fix items at a later stage. On top of this, even months after Hyde Park Bathrooms have been very helpful in sorting any new issues that we have faced. To the point that they even spoke to manufactures on our behalf. After a very long search I finally found exactly the illuminated mirror that I was looking for at Hyde Park Bathrooms. I ordered the mirror online and, despite me changing the delivery address right at the last minute the goods were delivered in perfect condition and on time. My electrician fitted the mirror and pronounced it to be of high quality, also praising the fitting instructions and the security of the packaging. Most importantly, my wife is delighted with it! I purchased all my bathroom taps, mixers and shower heads through Bilal from Australia. To say the service was first rate would be an understatement. Communication was excellent delivery via air freight was impressive and the prices were the lowest I could find. Known as one of London's greatest parks and rightfully so. It's central location (just behind The Ritz, daahling) makes it a popular tourist location, whilst the multitude of events held there (Winter Wonderland, festivals etc) means that pretty much every Londoner has visited at some point. There's a lovely lake, the Serpentine, where you can go boating and a couple of cafes. I think my favourite part of the park has to be the Peter Pan statue. Apparently J.M. Barrie had it installed overnight, so the children would think it appeared as if by magic. Something very sweet about that. Perfect for picnics, walking the dog, or just ambling through on your way to Buckingham Palace.
