We had a delivery that was dropped off by Zac at Lawsons Whetstone Wednesday 30 June 2021, we were served by a wonderful gentleman who cut short our queuing time by getting us to go round to his desk and camly took our order. The delivery reached us just after 8am in the morning, we were very surprised. Zac was very chirpy and friendly for such an early delivery. The way he talked about his job you could tell he was extremely passionate about what he did. Lovely spritly young man who is an asset to your company, he was extremely helpful and told us loads of things about his job and was so refreshing to speak to and had us all laughing and was full of beans. Very professional and efficient he turned a boring day into an unforgettable one. Thank you Zac and for all your work which you made look so easy.

Unbelievably fantastic customer service. I rang Lawsons in despair having been let down terribly by Sheds.co.uk (avoid like the plague). Lawsons answered phone immediately. confirmed they had a shed to fit my needs and delivered it the next day !!! Not only that, but delivery team could not have been more helpful. Went above and beyond to help me get parts from kerbside to front of house (down set of stairs). Cannot recommend highly enough

Great company, the guys a Whetstone simply can't do enough to help .in particular Allan who has gone above and beyond giving me advice on newmerous occasions. All products are very good quality, i wouldn't go anywhere else. Not forgetting Dave also. These lads are a credit to Lawsons.

Great staff and really helpful can't rate them enough I'm working in Barnet away from my neck off the woods in Brighton and had been trecking over to brewers which takes an long trip from the job in Barnet to the local brewers, and stumbled across this company in desperation for some two part wood filler, overall I have been back quite a few times now as they always seem to have what I need and saves me time on the job, as anyone knows working around London is a nitemare on travel, so if you Google up for Lawson's in your area then give them ago, chances are they will have what you need instead of spending time stuck in traffic, thanks guys again Master Decorators 👍

Excellent service from Lisa Darling....made every effort to find MDF 10' x 4' which nobody else had...proforma was on my email within 5 mins...we would buy alot more from Lawsons if service was this good from all staff members....great job Lisa....

What a contrast between the phone and online teams. Only phoned up to check availability of a product that is listed on the website (but which you can't add to basket) and after looking up the SKU the person at the other end just told me to email the company with exactly the same details I was phoning him with! He sounded like he wanted to get off the phone as quickly as possible without offering any advice or looking into the situation further himself. Completely disinterested and rather rude. Shame. However the online team were prompt and helpful. A real mismatch in customer service and not an efficient use of my time to have to phone and then email.
