Excellent service! Pete patiently explained to me how to choose the radiators and also helped me calculating heat map, amount and sizes of radiators I need. He is very responsive via email and phone and very courteous and pleasant in person. Highly recommended shop. You will be taken care of.

Excellent service, products and prices. From the initial phone call, Pete at the Islington branch was very helpful - he calculated the heat input needed and prepared before our visit in store to save time. In a short time-frame in store, Pete discussed with us and helped us make the decisions. The contact after that was impeccable, also from Dominic. Really impressed and would definitely not look anywhere else for radiators. The ability to chose different RAL colours and fittings was also a bonus.

Great experience with Dominic at the Islington showroom. He was so knowledgeable and we had a very positive experience. I highly recommend this shop, for it was the only shop around Wembley area, where the staff would order for me the angle radiator. It arrived on time and is of very good quality, and in good condition. Happy to say they are professional, patient and helpful staff.

I had a pleasure of dealing with this business not so long ago and would HIGHLY recommend! the catastrophe struck just short of Xmas eve where all but one of my pre-AD era cast iron radiators had cracked as it apparently also happened on the coldest night of the year 2017. By struck of luck I got to this place where I was helped by Pete on the spot and subsequently later on by John, as we've had few minor setbacks along the way. You'd rurally meet this type of professional who'd work through options until the final solution is FOUND. The extent of my problem was such that my building is very specific and had to be fitted with the right type of radiators. After an exhausted 1.5h Pete had finally , with the help of my building management, found a solution that could work for us, and the three cast iron radiators had been put to order to be delivered just after Xmas. The setback was that some minor glitch of delivery time had occurred in the process, so that the details got slightly warped in progress. But eventually the UNPLEASANT setback had eventually been sorted with the most fortunate outcome, Thanks to John and Pete! You'd hardly come across the person of the same conduct, business acumen and ability to resolve with customers as Pete !! I would highly recommend this business over any other I've dealt with before.
