Have been twice to this branch (to buy some tiles to redo a kitchen after a road pipe burst into our flat and flooded our kitchen) and had Julian help me both times. Felt compelled to leave a review as he was so so incredibly knowledgeable , professional and kind - a true asset to Tile Giant. I hope this review is passed on to his line manager and the HQ as he was truly outstanding. Thank you for all your help. Will recommend Tile Giant to everyone I know now!!

Under some time pressure to source tiles. Staff here were exceptionally helpful. Did everything possible to make sure order arrived successfully. Very good communication. In the course of this exercise we spoke to some other branches who were equally helpful. Good tiles as well

*Brixton Store* Amazing customer service and knowledge of products, Robert came across very friendly and nothing was too much an effort for him he would ring round stores sourcing products and when I was being indecisive he was very honest and knowledgeable of what would be best for my needs and budget,for this very reason i would rather spend more money doing business here as I truly felt I received excellent service, My bathroom is of very high standard and I will be sourcing Roberts opinions on Renovations to my kitchen next!!! Robert is a credit to himself and the business 10 stars!!!

We initially faced a problem which we actually wanted to complain but he went above and beyond to rectify the problem and made sure that our orders are met and on time. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Tile Giant Brixton. I had to lay five tiles and couldn’t get anyone out to do such a small job. The staff were incredibly helpful giving me advice and even cut the five tiles for me in order for me to do the job myself. In addition, I genuinely think this is best establishment in London for a Covid safe environment. Staff are actually enforcing masks and hand sanitiser. Extremely impressed, and will certainly return.

Tile giant Brixton must be one the most helpful tile shops around, Mr Mckenzie made us feel very welcome. After visiting many other tile shops this is always the shop I go back too, the team are very pleasant and are always willing to help you out especially when you are on a budget they will do their best to find the look you are after in your price range. If you are looking for good deals with friendly staff this is definitely the place to visit.

Was surprised by how attentive, friendly and knowledgeable the service was here, was expecting something much more faceless! Good range of tiles and big space with plenty on display.
