K. M.You have the best staff, hands down. How they keep their whole team that customer focused is a mystery. They are knowledgeable, attentive and helpful without being overbearing.
Their selection is limited when compared to the big box stores, as you might imagine, but they have a good selection of high end accessories and low end necessities that perfect for an upscale neighborhood hardware store. As a part of the Ace Hardware network, they can also order just about anything you want if you have a little time.
M. J. M.The Waterloo Store Manger DK was most helpful. We had shopped for Dulux paint that was coming from another store. The item was delivered to my home by DK after his working day, I was told I could pop in to pay when I was passing. This was extremely helpful to us, as it was in lockdown. It was very reassuring.
All staff are very helpful I have found. DK puts his customers first.

M. A.Yes, it's a bit more expensive, so what, they had what I wanted, when I wanted it, saved me a trip to B & Q, or waiting for it on line. People should try to understand the economics of running a small independent a bit better, before focusing on the price.
