E. A.There were two guys working there, and one of them took no notice of us. The guy who eventually served us did acknowledge us beforehand, and he told us how we could get samples of tiles. He was the Nubian guy with bleached hair, so he did a good job.

Was recently served by Jake the assistant Manager, very nice chap, very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and clearly passionate about his job. Absolutely seamless, customer service at its best.
