A. A.Very friendly and helpful staff. Needed to pick up 5 boxes of tiles but had to wait an hour till a relative arrived to help me take them home. Was allowed to stay in the store where the Assistant took time to give me some tips on tiling as I was a newbie and helped me take the tiles outside. Excellent customer service.

J. R.I'd say the customer service in store is really good and I got some good advice. However, when I ordered there was no mention of a home delivery charge and I was promised that I would be called when my order came in. I wasn't called and when I chased up my order they told me I would be charged £30 if I wanted home delivery. I need home delivery as I am unable to lift all of the tiles out of my boot. So, if you go in store then it makes sense to me get the advice and then order what you want online because it's free delivery over £200 and I spent more than £500. Plus you can track your order instead of relying on someone to call you.
