g. l.TP staff are cheerful and helpful but the company is behind the times. Thankfully they were the only local place to get what I needed without going on line. Poor website, limited locations, not competitively priced, open 7am to 5pm, no Saturday pm, no Sunday opening, complicated refund system. Not a great experience compaired to Wicks, Selco, Screwfix etc. Wicks are part of the same group, they offer 10% off, open usual 7 days, instant refunds, etc. Apparently they are selling Wickes off.
