I'm saddened by the review here describing the staff at Ealing Boards and Timber as rude and unhelpful. I've used them for many years and found them helpful and obliging. They also have what I need in stock (a feat in itself in DIY) and sell in small quantities which is really useful for occasional jobs or to try an idea out without having to buy tradesman's quantities.
