E.Chaps in the shop absolutely lovely and really helpful for myself, a DIYer after some knowledge. Pricing really friendly.
Specifically asked if I would need two people home for delivery and was told no.
Driver delivered today, I helped to unload, politely asked if we could just pop them through the side gate as I dont want them taken off the drive and was met with a stern no and a long rant about how I would have been told it was strictly kerbside etc - I wasn't. Didn't bother with the argument so they're now at the end of the drive.
I would use again, but would make sure there are two people here as they won't help you put them at the back of the drive or anything. I now have to get a second person to move them the next 15ft so I can go out.

Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Service could not have been better. Product was high quality and a sensible price. Haven't visited for some years but everything still first class.

Loads of fittings for garden gate and tons and tons of treated wood ! Easy parking out side . And they have a show room with different sized sheds and sun rooms
And fencing they also sell cladding for the garden flooring .
C. C.Well made and sturdy trellis. Sometimes the rough sawn timber is a little rougher than expected. My only negative is the orange wood treatment, my 6x5 panels have taken three coats of Cuprinol Shades garden paint each side to obliterate the bright orange / chestnut wood treatment. Personally I think a
more natural treatment would have been more acceptable.
p. c.What a fantastic team at the Maidstone branch - friendly and helpful in the office, sorted out my order for shaped pergola beams and posts quickly with no fuss, and a gentleman in the yard loaded it into the car a day later. Not often you find service
like this nowadays.
