Collected click n collect item, it was the wrong item when I got there, they had to go and see where the item was and return with it in a battered box, but assured me all the parts were there. Poor!

Standard B and Q
Standard big box store outlet.
Anything DIY relate.
Good place to go get the things
Paints are a little expensive.
Wood cutting service is brilliant.
If you are more than a DIYer then get on of their trade cards
M. B.
Decent sized store so covers off almost all the DIY bases. It's not the cheapest but normally competitive enough and saves shopping around. Main issue is the local road/traffic situation, don't even think about visiting anywhere near rush hour.
R. C.
This review is purely aimed at Jon - he was there for us when we came in to find out how to make a makeshift shower for my elderly mother in law who’s shower cubicle packed in - so we decided to rig up a DIY shower from the bathroom sink tap!
Jon was absolutely super - he suggested this, that and the other and he was very helpful with his stanley knife to deconstruct our measly temporary shower hose and head..
We’d have been stuck without him - the world needs more heroes like Jon!
G. G.
Extremely wide offer, very friendly staff! Coming back for sure!

I'm wanting a Karcher jet washer and I'm sat on £60 worth of Amazon vouchers.....so I went to make price comparisons. B&Q are notoriously expensive. The model I want is £265 here.....Amazon are selling the same for £229.....with my vouchers this will cost me £169, so the choice is obvious....stores need business but its no wonder the internet is killing them off when they make ridiculous profits like this.....
M. E.
Decent sized b&q with a large car park near the Trafford Centre. They have pretty much everything you'd expect a b&q to have, as this is a large one, they have a trade section also, there's a substantial gardening section, each section has a good variety of goods. It's never too busy, it's better to approach here from Eccles so that you avoid all the traffic from the m60 where everyone is going to the Trafford Centre.
B. C.
Great store. Just wish wasn't so close to Trafford Centre as often don't go when TC &/or M60 traffic is bad.
s. m.
Plenty of parking in a car park area that badly needs cleaning. Big store with loads of choice and some good prices. Finding the staff is hard to do but when you can find them they try to help as much as they can. Self service tills are even more annoying than most of the shops as they are so slow and need a staff member every other item. Cafe is ok but the nutty van in the car park is better.
k. l.
Great supplies of DIY supplies, paints etc. Carl was super helpful! We struggled with some garden equipment which he happily set up and explained step by step how to use, thanks for all your help Carl!
K. K.
I do love a good visit to anything DIY and on todays visit I got everything I needed to hang a gate and sort out a bit of mouldy grout. The selection of all items is great and the staff are helpful and friendly.
J. J.
All very friendly and helpful staff especially the wood cutting guy, gave him a list of cuts and hey presto he got.it all out of one board for us.
V. P.
Great store but last time there saw what looked like a polecat in the indoor gardening area told staff did absolutely nothing - I hope it got out safe
D. W.
Easy to order and speedy delivery and prices are great. Always kept well informed of delivery progress and delivery drivers are up and beyond helpful and friendly.
R. T.
Huge amount of choice for almost every DIY job you can think of.
Well done on the self service as to me this really speeds things up.
D. R.
Prefer to order on line for collection, better than turning up and they havent got what you need. Always found the staff knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Bit expensive than other places but if sign up to membership they send money off vouchers and discount codes regularly
G. D. M.
Friendly, helpful staff, what more could you want?
K. W.
One of the 1st times I've actually been impressed with the level of care and tidiness. The quality is shown in the plants. It should be the norm in these DIY type of places.
r. b.
Great for all your DIY job and even better for all your trade needs in thr construction industry
K. B.
Standard B&Q other than the stock management, the website is always reporting more stock at Trafford than it actually has. I’ve wasted two visits before to pick up items that turned not to be in stock
m. p.
Easy to look around with my mobility scooter. Well set out store. Staff knowledgeable.
r.
Massive B&Q. Got nearly everything you’d need. Loads of parking. Can be horrendous to get onto the car park if Trafford centre is busy
Z. Z.
Wow just wow how amazing the staff is here. Janice and Dave miracle workers! so smart and efficient, calculated exactly how much product I need, their customer service is outstanding. From start to finish, I am amazed. Thank you so much guys! We will come back always thanks to you! Lots of love from Ali and Susana
G. S.
Big store plenty of choice few supply issues going by gaps in the Isles. Helpful staff when you can find them.
J. S.
Huge store with everything you would expect & more besides. Definitely worth a visit, even if it is just for ideas.
K. S.
Ordered some stuff to be delivered. Kept informed even when tiles weren't all in kept informed . Really good customer service
R. N.
Everyone know b&q, its clean and very well stocked.
P. S.
Why open at 10 on a sunday... but only open the tills at 11???? Possibly the most stupid thing I've witnessed
C. H.
A massive thank you to Ann, Kath and Stuart for their fantastic support in helping my school make their garden for the competition. Amazing customer service
A. O.
This branch does knock down prices on building materials (25kg bags). It's worth checking in every now and again.
T. N.
A spacious store with a wide variety of goods at a convenient location. I still enjoyed visiting the store even if I was just browsing and looking around.
R. B.
Very convenient. Good service. Well stocked with most DIY materials and tools
L. C.
Great store with a massive range of products. Staff have always been very helpful when I've needed something
C. C.
Everything you could possibly need under one roof. But staff are a bit slow to help and the check outs are under manned
S. b.
Local place to me for all my diy needs even had a coffee while I was there
R. A.
The staff are so helpful Brilliant service .Everything that I needed they found for me .. YOU can't put a price on service like that.
M. F.
I love b n q to walk around and get ideas but then I go 2 minutes round the corner to toolstation and get the items there for a fraction the price. Example: 2 door stops in bnq £2.57, 10 door stops in toolstation £1.78.
C. H.
Always helpful friendly staff on hand if needed
A. T.
Very large site. Has pretty much anything that you could need
L. G.
Seems to consistently stock almost but not quite what I am after and charge far too much for it. As far as B&Qs go, this one is nicely laid out and signposted. As far as DIY and trade stores go, B&Q would not be my first option.
D. P.
Very good & few spends. Good lots of sign easy to find it thumb up. But not happy with the car parking white lines wrong measure for wides bit narrow not enough spares for open the doors hard get out of car. Need equal same measure for wides as others good car parking can open the door to get out. Need do something for the car parking bit more spares white lines. The blue for disable car parking really good wide enough to open doors.
v. f.
Some amazing staff at this store. I was blown away by the customer service of Julie Tate who helped me sort out a kitchen even though it's not her job. It was really stressful but she made it feel so much easier. Also Bruce from the kitchen department was a real gem with his amazing assistance and knowledge. Staff like those two are real diamonds. Thank you!!!!
C. G.
It's great for your DIY needs. However it does pay to shop around for the best price. Went on a Sunday to see about shower wall panels, and the whole help with bathroom remodel, help with new kitchen and such... All closed. So you can't place an order in store on a Sunday. Would have been nice to know before we got there. It certainly doesn't say that when you search for their opening times.
C. W.
Excellent service by Sue from the paint section. Very professional and graceful. Guided us throughout and got us exactly what we needed. Outstanding customer service. Thank you so much.
A. K.
Used click and collect for laminate flooring speedy service
J. C.
Came in for one item came out with six! Be careful in their!👌
P. J.
Again brilliant but as the other stores stop moving things about
S. W.
Found what I was looking for but not as cheap has I thought they might be.
P. D.
Came here on 9th Jan. I had a question regarding the club card which I had signed up for and had pulled up a gentleman about this. He was most helpful in guiding me through the app. Afterwards we had questions on flooring which he was extremely helpful in. The gentleman's name is cam. This gentleman is a credit to your company. We came into the store not to sure on floor coverings and colour co-ordination, by the time we left we were more sure of what we wanted. Thank you cam for all your help.
C.
Great, it's always had DIY stuff for my needs. The parking lot spaces are plentiful.
P. K.
Good place. Has most of what you need plus a few extra things. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Minus one star for selling special plants that they don't take proper care of, the species carnivorous plants they sell for example require water from the underside or they die, in the shop they are sold in sealed plastic pots meaning not only can they die in store but can also give the wrong impression to potential owners.
S. P.
Has everything you need from a DIY store.
D. C.
Went to pick up some coloured grout and came away with a couple of outside storage boxes which had been discounted. Good for keeping potting compost in and the odd gardening tool. Reduced to £16 each.
A. W.
Has everything you need for DIY but not the cheapest of locations. Has everything well laid out with a number of items on display for you to see prior to purchase. This B&Q also has a large garden centre attached
A. D.
Helpful staff found the black and decker scorpion saw I could not find thanks
G. A.
Great customer service. We used the Trafford park Manchester store. Found just what we wanted. Just need the enthusiasm to finish off the water feature. I would certainly recommend this store to anyone who is thinking of some DIY , Thank you B & Q 😀😀😀
M. E.
If you are fixing building gardening this shop has all the equipment and tools you need.
I. S.
Reasonable range, and the staff were helpful but I think could do with a bit more product training. The checkout operator on the trade counter could have been a bit more helpful.
s. “. h. w.
Great for diy enthusiasts and gardening needs. Saved a fair amount for same product (garden fencing) which was much dearer elsewhere
B. S.
Well stocked store which is ensuring government guidance is followed requiring staff and customers to wear a face covering and to maintain social distancing. Check out was easy with enough staff in attendance to ensure customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Friendly and helpful staff were on hand to provide advice and support to customers
J. N.
Got all that we wanted. Nicely laid out, helpful staff.
R. M.
It's ok. One thing that has let it down is that they have taken the self service checkouts which made it so much speedier when you was only popping in for a couple of small items. Now you have to go to a normal checkout like before. Has a good range of products
m. l.
Great day buying plants for daughters 1st home
s. w.
The store is fine, however I was challenged by an older gentleman at the door, when told I was exempt from wearing a mask he decided to shout at me that I should wear one. Never had this problem before, not his issue to deal with. Get better staff.
D. C.
Impossible to leave this shop without buying something. Great selection of products and always changing. Staff are friendly and helpful.
B. M.
Very good big stock in friendly staff it has in stocks what you need
H. H.
Lovely shoppjng experience : returns at the till no hassle: click & collect organised... hats off to all the staff I encountered today, friendly, polite, helpful & sincere. I thank you!
S. D.
Staff is really helpful I would say a lovely customer service experience
J. B.
Very we equipped.good garden centre.
n. 3.
Great store ,products and all things are great quality .
M. G.
Did click and collect. Got the text that it was ready that night so collected the following day. Went straight in and was easy to spot collection point as it had a massive sign!! Got served straight away. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Excellent
g. v.
feel like i own the place, always in there lol staff pleasant and helpful
S. I.
Big store, Well laid out. I find it has everything you need for your home
From garden to bathroom , kitchen and any room that you need to revamp. Big carpark.
Staff I have spoken to are always helpful
S. L.
Got exactly what we went in for at a very reasonable price
L. P.
Really good well stocked store.
S. G.
Bought a garden fence sprayer which failed the minute I filled the canister with the recommended fence paint. The canister leaked at the bottom with paint everywhere except on the fence.
After numerous attempts to stop the leak, get the Spray to spray, which didn't, I returned both the sprayer and the paint tin to B & Q.
The Manager of the Paint and Decoration department came over to advise. Much to my surprise she reimbursed the now half tin of fence paint for a newer tin at no cost, as well as receiving a full refund for the Paint Sprayer Canister. I know we shouldn't sweat the small stuff but when you are up against a tight deadline and the tools you invest in, then fail well it's frustrating. I can't shout the praises of the staff at B & Q enough, thank you for the great customer service.
T. C.
Good store but have to wait too long at checkouts.
S. T.
This is the biggest BQ in the world. If its not here, you dont need it. If you have too many kids and need rid of one you can easily lose them in here and they wont be found for weeks. Best fun you can have in lockdown. Oh and they pretty much always have the cutting machine running. Essential maintenance jobs only though.😉 Lovely modern trendy houseplants in stock now too.
M. C.
B and Q customer services, in particular the delivery department are fantastic. I mistakenly accepted a delivery date that wasn't a good time for me. I rang the store and spoke to a member of staff. He was very helpful and arranged an alternative delivery date. I was impressed with him and the staff who delivered my goods. Thankyou, excellent service.
M. A. B.
First time in here as visiting my folks and doing a few jobs for them. Its a massive place with everything you could need for the proffesional or rank amateur like myself. I used the click and collect service online and staff on the desk were really helpful. I was in and out of the store in no time at all. staff and customers alike were all very respectful of Covid 19 and each other
M. W.
Asked advice from member of staff. Quite strange behaviour . As an elderly person my computer skills are not excellent but didnt expect such unkind words and treatment .. he simply couldnt be bothered or perhaps he didnt know how to help The manager came to the recue who wad excellent . Thankyou very much to him for his patience . I simply could not have managed the procedure myself.
J. d.
staff are friendly and allways ready to help
l. s.
I am always in this place, the materials they have are really good quality. I have never had to return anything to this place so that is a bonus.
C. L.
I went to buy a Dolly and was glad to see st was open for normal shopping. It was difficult to find staff to direct me.. but I eventually found what I wanted, and a few other things ie Xmas decorations. The guy on the till was friendly & very helpful and explained the returns duration 'if needed'. I was pleased with items purchased. Experience all good. 👍
J. R.
I've visited B&Q twice in the last two days. Considering the current situation it was a positive experience. I was able to go straight in, and it's easy to keep 2metres from others. The store is well stocked, and the products look to be of improved quality and style. There were long queues for the check outs, but they moved quickly overall. The staff on the checkouts are friendly. The only concern is that there seem to be very few staff around the store to help customers- this might be a temporary issue.
m. k.
There's hardly ever any staff around when you need help
J. P.
I love painting and decorating and this B&Q has a wide range of colours, makes and papers, loads to choose from. In fact choosing the right one is the most difficult part about it. It's very well equipped with power tools, displays, gardening options and once things are opening up properly, they have a lovely little cafe and toilet facilties. Even if you aren't wanting to buy, it's a fun place to have a wander round to gather ideas.
J. M.
Only visited garden centre, but there are lots of plants and they're being well looked after and watered.
A. S.
Found what we needed. Although the item we needed had A and B options with no reason. We had to find a colleague to find why they were different ,as they looked the same. Perhaps a better label would avoid this happening and delaying your shopping experience. But it's lovely and clean and plenty of staff on ship floor
S. H.
As always helpful staff but at Trafford park NO LOOS !!!!
P. S.
Very supportive staff. The store is large and has got everything that u need
M. R.
Helpful staff who guided us to the correct aisle and even better everything we wanted in stock
G. N.
B&Q is a good place to buy some things, but other ones are very expensive compare to other places or brands. This venue is not the biggest one in the area, but it has a good selection and range. It had happened many times that I left the cart unattended, and the stuff try to get it back. Quite annoying with it´s busy as you need to browse around holding it.
C. L.
All the safety precautions were in place, was very easy to walk around with all the markers showing everyone which way to go, made to feel safe. Collected my items and was directed by staff to the next till available, excellent customer service.
S. P.
***UPDATE***28.6.22. Branka on checkout really helpful. Asked if we had a B&Q card- we hadn't,
so she did it all on my phone within minutes & we ended up getting £5 off!!- thankyou! Must also say there was a lady on the self service 'pay by card' only. Unfortunately we didn't notice, & put all our items thro but wanted to pay by cash, she again, was really pleasant & helpful, she did smthg(not sure what!) then directed us to another till to pay.
UPDATE: 18.4.22. Spoke to Ty (Manager@ Trafford), re: Dulux Frosted Steel paint I had purchased, as we purchased same couple yrs ago & it was exactly what we wanted - pale grey, this time lilac/blue !!(see all poor reviews on this colour). He did a test in a machine & gave a full refund, he was very courteous & apologetic ( I then spent all of it & more, in their garden centre, thanks to Ty!) Once again, thankyou for excellent Customer care @ Trafford. Really happy with the outcome, especially after getting the exact opposite response from the duty Manager @ Stockport branch (gave her 1*review).
Called into Trafford store few days ago enquiring about decorative garden stone. Spoke to Luke in the builders yard & he was SO cheerful & helpful, he even made the effort of finding us in a different isle to inform us about delivery charges- once again GREAT customer service.
Went into B&Q Trafford looking at 'Ring' doorbells. Spoke to an older male assistant named Malcolm & NOTHING was too much trouble for him, even tho he was busy stacking shelves. He told us they weren't on display due to security reasons, without being asked he got us one straightaway & directed us to where there were others for us to compare. He is what Customer Service is all about ( & with a smile!!!)
S. G.
Lots of choice ,a bit expensive especially bathroom products.
s.
Received an excellent service this weekend. Went to collect an ordered blinds I had placed online. Mentioned that there was an issue with an order I'd placed previously (had ordered a bunch of blinds from 2 different stores that had been out of stock for some time, as stock levels were incorrect online, I had to have blinds at one of the stores refunded). The young lady on the C&C till added them to my bill and had them delivered from Stockport to my house that evening. Outstanding service. I love a pro active, forward thinking team member and this lady went the extra mile to make sure I had my complete set . Thank you for listening..
B. L.
Friendly and helpful staff are always ready to help 👍
A. S.
This is a huge diy store and amazing line of products. Very reasonable prices and I always find what I am looking for. Returns are easy. I do a lot of diy at home and business and this store is always my one stop shop for all my project needs.
T. M.
Had a great experience here last week. Tobias on the Valspar paint desk, really friendly, great level of knowledge and explained in easy to understand terms. They are a great asset to the store.
C. C.
Big plce everything you need for D I Y
J. T.
Can't fault the amazing staff here and the range of products and size of the store is great! The reason I'm not giving more stars is that it's pretty hard to navigate round and I did not find it customer friendly - at least in a signage sense!
P. X.
I really recommend this place I always find what I want cuz they have application I can find the location in the store because it's really big store and the staff are busy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐so happy and the prices are reasonable
G. E.
Loads a parking, great range of home DIY products. The main current issue is with wait time when buying items. They need more staff on the tills to manage the wait times. With the COVID pandemic it’s essential wait times are reduced.
B. W.
Plenty of helpful staff around to ask where things are which helps as store is enormous.
A. L.
Been in B&Q today was helped by a member of staff called MOYA after walking round for 15 min not finding what I wanted she spotted me and ask if I was OK? I told her what I needed she took me straight to the correct Isle picked out my item. Absolute legend.
Her customer service skills are on top form a credit to your business.
Thank you MOYA 😊
P. W.
Always a great place to pick fires!
S. Y.
A large B&Q with lots to offer to decorate or furnish your home.
As the business expects customers to know what they want, there are few staff available to ask questions.
If anything technical better to do research beforehand if you are not much into DIY.
B. S.
This review is from the point of view of a non-commercial / trade customer.
Very large store and does seem very well stocked for those random things you sometimes need around the house. Oddly, I buy my bin bags from here whenever I visit as the volume and price blows supermarket options out of the water.
Plenty of parking and staff always seem helpful.
y. s.
Everything you need is found here for DIY
M. A.
I love the customer service they have there. Friendly staff and they literally have everything.
h. g.
1 stop shop for all your building decorating needs very large store plenty of parking, there's a sale on now.
B. P.
one of the items I went for they did not have one of the staff said they had not had it for a year I had been on the net and it said B&Q had it
K. P.
Probably the biggest B and Q I’ve ever been in, basically has everything you could need and then some. It also seems to have tool rental which, while I didn’t use it, is a really good idea!
R. M.
Plenty of variety for Professional and D.I.Y.'er most things pretty over the top prices..value for tradesman bulk buy...spacious to browse and goods sectioned well .and information signs...Staff very polite and helpful whenever I've visited...Bathroom's accessories not as should be..shouldn't have to take spares from other boxes products when I tried to replace missing from order ...on shelf spares should be readily in place...How are you supposed to know what is broken in a delivery sealed box....also staff had no on site tools to enable any exchange parts...if its company policy to use this practice..please rethink...staffs knowledge was excellent but "RedTape".prevented simple. exchange..equivalent spare parts for complete bathrooms. pedestals.cistern boxes..etc.should have own storeroom .if not boxes should be open for inspection however long it takes.......Public take note...PLUMBERS MERCHANTS..don't work this way....try a visit..even if your not familiar with plumbing goods...oh and yes..BQ plenty of space to free park and Great trading times..👌
M. D.
Visited to buy a lamp, coal black & a sealant for the house. The amount of staff seem to have been reduced & the kitchen & bathroom displays sealed off & not on sale, but otherwise almost everything you'd expect in a large DIY store. The minus points being that the store didn't sell the coal black or sealant, although what staff that were available were helpful.
S. F.
Big store, has everything you would expect to find. It can be difficult to find what you are looking for due to the sheer size of the place. Having said that, I've visited many times and every member of staff has gone the extra mile to offer advice and find products for me. I've deducted one star from my rating only because the range and quality of plants in the outdoor section was less inspiring that I would have liked.
There is plenty of car parking and they have self-service checkouts if you like to use them.
K. K.
I went to b&q yesterday needed a bracket for a self that wasn’t supported on the wall. I was met my one of your colleagues ‘Jamie’, whom put himself forward to help me. He was cheer-full, helpful and professional. He knew what I needed and there was no need for second prompt. What I liked most about his professional demeanour, he put him self forward to help me, when standing with another colleagues stocking up. Also he was mind full of the covid-19 social distance and wore a mask at all times.
D. T.
It's a perfect man cave. Worth going just to drool over the tools, personally I don't think there too over priced, and the garden department has some great ideas
S. H.
If you've got a project to do such as building a Fritzl room in your basement this place will have all the supplies you need.
If you're looking to get all of the ingredients to make a lovely Victoria sponge you may have to go elsewhere.
C. O.
Typical B&Q, very large with pretty much everything.
F. R.
Enjoyed the variety of items on sale also garden furniture being put out prices not too expensive nice looking productseven had a hot tub for just 300 pounds for what looked like four people myself I would say three comfortably. Found what we were looking for without too much bother lots of paint in a big variety of colours
R. H.
Ordered 2 garden chair for click and collect it explained they aim for next day but with things how they are maybe a little longer. Picked up my chairs today it was all very well thought out to ques one for collecting and the other for browsing wasn't in the air long inside was very well all arrows distancing and staff reminding other customers very quick trip well done B&Q.
D. R.
Lots of things at discount prices.
G. A.
Huge selection of stuff available for pretty much any DIY project. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable in my experience.
A. T.
The B&Q staff are doing a brilliant job through tough times...we were informed what to do before entering the store and the queue management was great. We enjoyed a stress free shopping experience thanks to the excellent colleagues at B&Q. Keep up the good work!
k. f.
Large store with garden furniture to be able to see
g. h.
I had appointment with the kitchen department, to help with a design. Cannot fault them at all, lovely fella, really helpful.
D. W. L.
Cheap and cheerful. It's pointless checking the web site to see if things are in stock because it lies like a cheap watch. Staff are helpful, parking is easy.
A. B.
Staff not as knowledgeable on what is sold. Asked for a specific plant soil and had to ask 3 different staff members to find just one of them knew where it was located.
Stock is great and you can find most of the stuff you need. Plants are nice although the one I bought had pests on it and I just realised at home.
J. G.
Went in there with my Mum and Dad the people that work in there are very help full locating the plumbing supplies needed.
g. “. M. M.
Needed wallpaper for a wall looked on B&Q website and found one £18 a roll went down and it reduced to £12 happy days. Always read the label paste the wall not the paper new one for me bucket of ready made paste reduced to £8 from £15 nice and on the way out lampshades reduced to £7 from £12 got two why not have a bargain or two. Wasn't really busy so in and out 15 minutes
So to sum up
Get to B&Q for coco virus 2nd lock down reductions and at least you'll have something to do
Be lucky
A. H.
Huge range of items available. Plenty of parking. Location is awkward to reach.
M. L.
Had a lovely, very helpful member of staff named 'Taff' help me with measurements etc for my new laminate flooring. Wish I had the time to compliment him to his supervisor. Very happy customer
D. T.
Nice big B&Q, good layout and friendly staff. It hasn't got the full 5 stars because the shelves aren't always fully stocked and the pricing a little bit confusing. Particularly in electrical and fixings. A bit chaotic. Good overall
N. W.
A great selection of DIY products, staff friendly and helpful too.
B. E.
It's B&Q! Reasonably priced quality goods. Customer service is very good.
P. W.
There do not seem to be as many locations for B&Q around as there used to be. Good service and had everything we needed.
A. A.
Plenty parking, good helpful customer service, lots of choice regarding products
J. M.
Trade counter staff seem extra helpful at the moment - and the 'ladies' seem to be particularly knowledgeable. Visit regularly and very seldom disappointed.
T. C.
Great place to purchase anything for your home and garden
N. S.
Very clean smartly laid out store, good garden range to
T.
Thank you so much to the lovely gentleman Cliff who went above and beyond his duties today in helping me. I had been shopping for some gardening stuff in B&Q and I had loaded the sleepers, weed killer etc into my car and without realising locked my car keys in the boot of my car. Cliff was amazing and lent me his mobile to call the AA and kept me updated on the progress, what a polite and helpful person and definitely more than his job description, don’t know what I’d have done without you today, you’re a star, thank you so much xx
R. M.
I took the wife here for a weekly treat. From start to finish my shopping experience was exceptional. Went in for a length of timber. What a choice... I wanted some three by two... They teased me with so many choices of timber. ... On exit the staff waved fair well... I know at some point in my life I'll be back.
K. A.
A little bit overpriced and they had run out of a few things we needed or just did not sell them. We checked with an employer and he wasn't sure either. It's a big selection and good location, but nothing special.
W. G.
It's a B&Q store, has plenty of tools and materials although pricing varies - cheap for some bits and very expensive for others. Has the whole "all under one roof" thing going for it.
H. E.
Love coming to B&Q no matter which one I go to. My favourite DIY store. My visit to Trafford Park was to get some new Bathroom taps for the house. Cannot fault the place.
D. G.
Picked up a load of cold lay tarmac, cheaper than other builders merchants which was good and a surprise really as a b&q is notoriously expensive. I was surprised to hear that it is owned by the same people who own Screwfix, which is cheaper for screws etc and just down the road..
A. W.
I always use B and Q as a go to place when I can't find my product elsewhere. I guess I should try to train myself to come to the store first and thereby save time and money.
S. M.
Always more stressful and infuriating than it needs to be. I don't mind paying a bit more but it is always annoying to get home to find your new product has already been opened and bits have been taken out.
I now only use b and q for certain things and only because it is handy, almost everything can be bought elsewhere for cheaper and with less hassle.
Good pensioner discounts though!!
K. C.
Great variety for basics but wouldn't make big purchases here. This is a huge B&Q branch which we visit often whilst renovating and decorating our home. Generally very helpful staff and a huge range of materials. The only criticism is the kitchen area. We recently wanted to book a kitchen design appointment and the staff in this area were very lax. Also, we loved the flooring in the displays only to be told what was on show was discontinued which was frustrating.
A.
I found some staff don’t take the mask wearing seriously. Check out was great, staff in attendance ensured customers were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
M. M.
Quick and helpful refund. Ta!
T. M.
It's a good place to go when you want to buy timber, wallpaper or a chainsaw. It doesn't sell fresh tomatoes though.
W. O.
My partner went in today for a few bits to finish off a project and he was in and out pretty quickly, got everything he needed. He said I'd love it in there looking at all the canvas prints and things haha.
m. g.
Convenient open, when others are not. Friendly staff. There was a B and Q closer to us but it closed. This means I have to drive a few miles to get there. What can I say, they don't let you tap with your card? They can afford to implement that tech. Prices are a bit steep sometimes. Depends on what you are getting. Screwfix can beat them on price especially on bottom to medium range tools for DIY enthusiasts. However, if you are buying sheet material and need it to be cut to size they will do it for free. As long as the saw is functioning, pros and cons but all in all convenient, friendly service and lots of choice.
C. S.
Visit daily but getting expensive
P. S.
Excellent service store staff knew exactly in which direction to point me and the wood cutting operator went out of his way to help me, top man!
n. m.
This is a big site and sells most of all the stuff needed for doing your home and garden..free parking and disabled access..staff are very helpful at this site.
D. L.
Love all the outside plants and garden furniture x
P. M.
Yet again no stock had to order home delivery within 7 day. Good job I'm not in a rush for it. Call it's self a super warehouse. My local hardware store carried more stock.
O. S.
Open 7 days a week, Monday to Saturday 7-7 (soon will be till 8). Sunday 10-4. Cards payment only, do returns and exchange at tills. Paint mix 10 till 4. Key cutting machine working. All organized, serves quick. No toilets. Coffe shop closed but butty van on carpark serves meals and hot and cold drinks.
E. C.
Looked online for my item, it gave me an aisle number and showing in stock, it was in and I was out in no time at all. Still a daunting place to me, cavernous so no 5*
A. S.
Ok not busy at 2 pm
f. g.
Good stock available.
J. P.
A well organised store with a huge range of items for home improvement and for trades people. A large car park which is free. Customers must wear face masks.
M. C. (.
Great help from Aiden in wood dept. He was inspiring and obviously knew his products.
a. s.
Everything you need under one roof
c. k.
It's a B&Q ,the items l bought were a bit pricey but when you need them quickly......
D. C.
Rude old guy demanding people wear masks. Ignored by most but if you spoke back he kicked off. Huge store plenty of everything
R. P.
Standard B&Q, staff always helpful and friendly, if they don't know the answer to your question they will find someone who does. Usually always get what I'm looking for, started going here for household cleaning as well now because they have some good bulk offers too.
H. G.
Pretty standard B&Q really - what stands out is the customer service, which is the best I've experienced. The woman running the cafe is great and the kitchens staff are wonderfully patient. If you have to drag a toddler round a home improvement store, you can't beat this one.
L. H.
I found what I needed very quickly. Display clear. A little difficult to find somebody to help
K. R.
Great customer service on Trade Point good people 🙂
A. P.
Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Had no issues finding what I went for.
P. E.
Nice large car park, with disabled parking near the front of the store, the store is well laid out, not always easy to find a member of staff, but when you do they are mostly helpful, some good offers on from time to time, but does pay to shop around as not always the cheapest, staff friendly at the tills, I do believe the cafe has now gone, but there is a buttie van outside.
R. S.
Easy access, large carpark. The assistants are extremely helpful and the shop floor is always stocked. Unfortunately the garden centre doesn't look after the plants particularly well, this often leads to many plants being reduced to clear, when only a little TLC would revive them.
N. O.
Staff friendly and helpful. Due to its size and popularity they often run low on certain stock but otherwise it's great my garden furniture is in its 3rd yr and still looks new so very pleased with that.
D. S.
B&Q Trafford park is a massive store. And if they haven't got what you want, chances are there's no such thing.
E. G.
It was great shopping experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful and I got all items i needed.
M. H.
Click and collect =very polite and pleasant service. I had this good service both visits from 2 different staff members each time
T. D. F.
Never any staff to ask for help so your wandering around most of the time,if you do find staff then there always in a hurry. Good choice of products but a little on the expensive side.
H. B.
Nice, large B&Q. Plenty of items in stock and caters for almost all home diy jobs. They also sell lighting and home decoration (pillows, mirrors etc). Large range of paint and tools too.
Easy and free large parking, trolleys don't require a £1 to use.
They also have a cafe, i didn't see it but saw the sign for it.
J. T.
Usual large B&Q. Very helpful staff today, though sometimes hard to locate a member of staff if you need help unless you walk back to info/returns desk. Would recommend a visit for your diy needs.
L. M.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything you need under one roof.
R. D.
I had brought a laminate floor from my local store , but they had no beading. I rang numerous stores most couldnt check my product which I understand with the current situation however rudeness is not good . But then I rang Trafford and was greeted by chloe a lovely young girl who was so so helpful I cant thank her enough
she is a credit to your company thanks chloe rachel
M.
Very straight forward in & out, big queues but went down quickly. Seemed to have enough stock. Yeah its good.👍
D. C.
Got everything I needed for fixing up my new home
A. G.
I ordered some kitchen appliances and flooring. Rachel the manager of kitchens was so helpful and knowledgeable as was all her staff Moira, Eloise and Domanic couldn't do enough for us . We had an experience with another member of staff and going of her attitude we would never had come back to Trafford Wharehouse but for Rachel who was completely opposite to the other manager .We will certainly shop there again.
D. E.
Decent store. Used the click and collect which was really efficient and quick with friendly staff.
S. S.
Very big store with lots of parking facilities. I went to buy an indoor plant and was very satisfied with the price and quality of the product I chose. I visited at a quiet time so there were lots of staff around to ask for help. The store has a little coffee shop where you can sit and have refreshments
S. W.
Some surprising low prices if you look around, always quality stuff, and I like how the staff leave you too it but are helpful when you ask.
K. R.
Always helpful staff
K. W.
If you walk into a trade entrance and some guy from the shop staff standing in front of that entrance often wags you with a stick or yells ... that's not nice and I don't know why the store management is not paying attention to customer culture towards the customer. ...
C. R.
Lots of variety especially when it comes to plants and the garden. Can be on the pricey side and would suggest to do your research especially with larger purchases. Was out of a lot of paint colours for the garden.
S. P.
Todo para construir y mas.
A world of ideas and support throughout the warehouse
J. H.
Went looking at sheds an plastic storage. Couple big plastic storage has been out stock for awhile. Picked up a security light was good choice
k. A.
From a novice diy'er. Always found what I needed. There is always someone to help and the store I s well stocked
K. H.
Got everything you need in one shop
T. M.
Really needs an intervention by the Plant Liberation Front. Even this late in the season there are too many dry, distressed plants and a pretty limited selection, too. Gained an extra star for actually having someone on the till and not forcing a queue at the you-do-all-the-work we-take-all-the-money robot tills.
R. P.
Best shop. Top quality customer service . Not like in Manchester Fort . Few times been there , never come back !
a. b.
Great selection of DIY. Has cafe outside during COVID and WC if yours it out of use while working. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Please is clean.
A. H.
Definately improved since my last visit. Did not have everything I wanted to complete a job, but close. Staff were friendly and ensuring covid measures.
D. S.
Handy if you need somthing right there and then, but everything seems really expensive, you could probably save 40% simply by shopping around online and having what you need delivered.
l. m.
Wow I have disliked B&Q for years. Never very helpful and when things go wrong they don't want to refund you or they make things difficult.
I have usually shopped only in the Liverpool region stores and in particular Aintree store which is diabolical. I really want to say B&Q Aintree is excellent but its really bad.
I wanted to buy an item that was reduced to half price but the only store that had stock was B&Q trafford Park as everyone must of been rushing out to buy it.
I called them up and they said they only had one left and there was a part missing but they would discount it and give me a spare part.
I got there i my item was waiting for me. Originally it was £59 then reduced to £47 then reduced to £25 and when i arrived to pick it up they said i could have it for half price @£12.50 for my trouble.
Excellent customer service pleasant helpful staff which is a far cry from B&Q Aintree Liverpool
P. L.
It's a huge B&Q and stocks pretty much everything you could think of when it comes to DIY. The staff are helpful but don't pester you, and prices are often very good. Lots of parking outside, plenty of space in the store, and a sensible layout. If I need something urgently for the house I can usually find it here. As good as any other B&Q warehouse.
J. W.
I'm on crutches, cannot walk far... a member of staff did my shopping for me while I sat down and put it in my car.....that is excellent service. Thank you
t.
Very large and tonnes of choice for a wide read of DIY essentials, lights, bathroom and living room furniture. Large garden section with deals on obvious display. Staff are friendly and very helpful even on a Sunday which is more than can me said of me.
N. S.
Loads of parking space and a nice cafe. Never any staff to help find products, and service at the tills is slow. The self checkouts are card only so you have to queue up if using cash.
K.
Average. They didn't stock what I was looking for, the website displayed stock available in store but the staff told me it was a discontinued line. Difficult to get hold of staff who were knowledgeable about the store/products sold, difficult in general to find someone to ask questions of.
J. M.
Some items are only for one time use. Why isn't it easy to borrow 😭?
T. W.
Very helpful staff got more than I actually went for . Its got every thing you Need for your house
S. R.
Love going around B&Q. I bought plenty of gardening things. Spent money. Lovely day for it too.
S. J.
Price of wood /timber has gone up tremendously far far to dear, you can buy a piece of furniture cheaper than buying the wood to make it.
F. J.
Big store with great collection but I have Many times they really over charge for small items and tools which may be bought much cheaper at your local hardware store. I would recommend them for larger items and not for small items and tools.
W. M.
I can say b & q always come up with the goods and very rarely do I come away disappointed.
The staff on the trade counter are the best always got a cheery word when checking out.
j. b.
Ellie on the click and collect desk was very helpful. I was very impressed how she was able to sort out the products that I wanted.
L. V.
Mate you can find all here. Was a good experience. Very big place with any tools you need for anything. The cashiers are very friendly and they help you for anything that you looking for
J. l. K.
Good shop, some of my holistic friends work at B&Q
m.
Nice big store this one, if you cannot find what you need here then it ain't made! Nice staff to very polite
A. E.
Brexit is taking it's toll. Too many items no longer available
R.
Seniors don't get 10% off on a Wednesday for items that are on offer to everyone ie 4 for £10. Very disappointing.
They seem to only stick with certain suppliers. I once bought a dulux paint pod from here. A couple of years later they stopped selling the paints for it so I ended up binning the £50 paint pod. It's the same with other paints. We wanted a certain Crown paint that we had used before. We were told they weren't dealing with Crown anymore. After we changed our colour scheme they started stocking it again.
Some garden section items are more readily available at more specialised garden centres than here.
On a brighter note, a lot of items are cheaper than anywhere else.
If you want any assistance, seek out Imran at Trafford Centre store.
He's always ready to help and advise and he is very pleasant. Can't speak highly enough of him
G. c.
As a person who has been in the premises on a visit in the past and now I have to say that I have been blown away by the experience, the staff were very excellent and helpful, and I have to say that the staff were very excellent and nothing was to much trouble for the staff to deal with.
This is a place where I enjoyed the visit. And I have to say that I look forward to the return visit to the premises.
R. G. (. P.
Large choice of everything that you need in home or garden..but because of "pandemic" and paranoid covid rules are malin lige harder.. in shope too. Lines, closed spaces etc.but o cannot understand when you biy something there is NO EVEN SONGLE ONE BAG FOR CUSTOMERS !!! That's covid fault too? Common...thats ridiculous. Except that place is nice supplied, and stuff is helpful (even if someone doesn't know what "knob's" are ;)
S. S.
Good place to buy DIY and garden items. Plenty of options to buy including paints, paint accessories, flooring and accessories, electric switches, lamps, etc etc. Has got huge car parking area and nice cafeteria
K. P.
Very helpful staff in the aisles.... the checkout girls were just not that good. This is a massive B&Q so just name something and they will have it. SPECIAL THANKS to the a guy named MALCOM . Helped me even though I asked him a million and 1 questions. Thanks sir
T. B.
Has what I needed the young lad spoke good as gold helpful and a good butty van outside
C. J.
always lots of variety of household goods, kitchens, bedrooms & bathrooms & they do a service whereby they measure up your rooms & advise on how many units to buy. They also do a fitting service. You can buy floor coverings & a variety of fixtures & fittings. There is a very comprehensive gardening department
T. G.
Great staff who were ready to help, knowledgeable and cheerful. The shop is huge and contains everything you could possibly need. Very pleasantly surprised!
M. I. O.
Good DIY
j. h.
Yep ok and local
W. P.
Good golf
G. O.
Love this place. Everyone is so helpfull. Check out the clearance section there are a lot of bargains. And I am sorely tempted by the Keter bench, chairs and table set reduced to £150. Looks like it will last for years maintenance free.
S. B.
B & Q on the whole is good. However they really need to do something about the self check out tills as these are the worst ones I have ever dealt with. 4 stars is only due to the self check out tills.
K. S.
Friendly, helpful staff..usually has everything I want or need!
C. J.
Great service and friendly staff. Efficient self service has also been added👍
J. M.
A lot of the shelves were empty in the paint section. Very limited choice. However staff were very polite and there was good customer service.
P. B.
Returned faulty shower,no problem getting refund well done B and Q.
P. S.
Dave in building sections is the most helpful person I have ever met every time you ask him, he goes out of his way to assist you whether is a technical problem or a stock issue. Great man.
Y. M.
The store had everything I needed on the day and were happy to exchange an item when I returned. Excellent social distancing measures in place as well.
K. B.
Everthing you need for all your diy needs lots of goodies to browse and contemplate buying, not the cheapest but some bargains on offer
M. I.
Went to pick up some last minute lamp shades. The staff was very helpful and took time to show the different versions
P. D.
I couldn't find the right size so had to settle for a alternative size but still a big help with this product so can get the job done. Few mm different from before and I did buy from the same B&Q so it's a bit rong of them to not have it listed. Cheers
D. S.
Good local b&q, well stocked and helpful staff
k. m.
Great place you can get everything you want
C. M.
Nice shop . Pretty big place . Staff seem friendly and happy to help . The same as most B&Q stores but bigger .
N. C.
Love this place could be here for hours just walking round. Garden centre is always well stocked staff are very friendly and welcoming happy to help aswell
S. L. (. L. L.
Great, had all we needed, staff available and very helpful. Just the long queues at checkouts that spoilt it
Y. B.
The staff need to know where on the store the goods are kept as we were told the complete wrong direction when looking for bathroom mirrors. Other than that nice friendly service
A. L.
Very large store selling just about everything you need, staff reasonably knowledgeable on any DIY issues too. Beware trying to get here during busy periods at the Trafford Centre (eg Xmas & sales periods) as it's on the door step and you will get stuck in traffic. Has good opening hours too, open early and late.
L. P.
My only complaint is that they don't take garden centre gift cards.
M. C.
B&q warehouse is a Massive place with probably everything you want for DIY and more, staff were very helpful too, after searching for a particular work light for ages they took us right to where they were 👍
M. N.
Fast becoming the Homebase of the DIY world.
Expensive
With a decreasing choice of products.
A lot of buck passing.
If there is ever a problem.
Still ok to pick the old bits a pieces.
But if you are trade
Then trade places and other retailers tend to be considerably cheaper.
K. S. (.
Busy because of Bank Holiday but I'd done click and collect so was in and out in a few minutes with no queuing. Staff very helpful.
A. C. (.
Large B & Q DIY store, big car park, very large inside. You can get most DIY materials and tools, prices are fairly high, especially for things like screws and fixings that are pre-packed in small quantities, say 10 screws of a particular size.
S. R.
Not too crowded. Able to get what I wanted and straight out again. Sadly not all shelves are stocked.
P. O.
Good better than stockport due to the size so there is more choice
K. B.
Biggest B&Q I've been in. Includes a large outdoor and plant section.
There's a cafe and a food van outside.
You can find pretty much exactly what you're looking for and the staff are really helpful also.
P. S.
Worth a visit just for the views. If you have time try the hot tub.
S. K.
Good selection of items in store. Highly recommend a visit for any diy projects.
R. B.
Great store, COVID 19 measures put in place. M-F no queue, expect to queue at weekend to enter. Good stock in and helpful staff
B. K. B.
Complete DIY products available
A. A.
Very well stocked...not cheap
S. C.
To many people at entrance looking at specials. Which in turn makes the 2 meter rule impossible to comply with.....
Other then that great store
V. S.
Went on Wednesday. Fairly quiet lots of helpful staff around. Shame they've stopped issuing the Diamond card for the over 60s.
M. M.
It's OK. Nothing special about this B&Q
P.
very helpful staff.
A. W.
Attentive staff, some go above and beyond. Trafford Park site is the best.
L. R.
Looking for a new toilet, and the person who helped us ,was very efficient and got one ordered for us,
C. S.
Great for DIY stuff. Staff are helpful
G. H.
Click and collect easy quick and simple. Chap on the door handing out masks didn't social distance and I only asked for directions.
A. G.
So much inside you go for one thing come out with 10 ! It's great to walk around for ideas. You find some items you have needed for a while but knew they sold. Worth walking around.
J. S.
Everything we needed in the garden centre
R. E.
All you could want under one roof
D. A.
This B&Q has always got everything that I need in stock. So has to get a 5* from me
It's a fairly big store... Though they do have bigger, Bolton for example. But the staff are helpful and the range is strong.
There is always lots of parking and it's near the trafford centre and Trafford retail park for making still shopping day out of it.
P. E.
Monster huge B&Q.. got our bathroom tiles here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and easy to get to.
P. M.
What a lovely visit I had I took a flask and some sandwiches and chatted to lots of different people about all different subjects and was amazed at the different kinds of string they have and things and stuff
J. D.
Excellent service by Danny the building colleague. Went out of his way to find the products I required
K. D.
I wish their indoor plants section was better, otherwise it's great and accessible.
K. H.
Plenty of parking space and a well stocked shop
N. C.
Hard to compliment the staff! However the self check out is very polite when completing your transaction 😂.
Other than that its good local DIY store.
P. D.
Found what I needed quickly, checkout staff were helpful and also got me on my way quickly.
H. Q.
First time shopping were and I feel a bit lost...is not very easy to find the stuff I was looking for.
M. A.
Plenty of space to park .no waiting in line .the store was marked out .the staff were very helpful.and getting through the check outs was easy the till staff were so helpful THANKYOU B.& Q staff
N. B.
Good value for money, staff very helpful.
T. M.
Massive place, everything is easy to find and plenty of staff to ask for help if needed
J. A.
Large selection of goods and got what I wanted. I asked a member of staff for assistance and he was really helpful. Overall a good experience.
L. F.
Called in on last minute (19.50) 10 mins to closing time for a mitre to finish our decorating. Unable to find a member of staff to help but lady security guard was so helpful & found us exactly what we needed to do the job. The final call had already gone out that the store was closing but the staff did not get angry or rush us out of the store & were all so friendly & helpful as always at Trafford B&Q. Unlike another well known diy store in Baguley that we had called to 45mins before closing time, as their website showed item in stock & store was nearer to us. However the item was not out on shop floor & none of the staff in there were experienced on their stock or what stock they had in the back. They just wanted to till up & go, albeit there was still 30 mins to go until closing time. Should have gone to B&Q Trafford in the 1st place as we normally do.
D.
larger than usual staff have to be tracked down and cornered before you can get any help from them
D.
Fantastic range, but the prices on some products are overpriced. Although there are some reasonable deals
t. b.
Great staff very helpful in the hire department 👍
o. r.
100 % recommended.
A lot of items with good prices. Some clearance.
S. W.
Overpriced.... Sums up B&Q.... As good a store as you will get though, clean, welcoming, well laid out, good useful friendly staff.... Personally though I avoid B&Q as much as possible, literally everything that they sell can be bought for less elsewhere eg toolstation or ebay.
S. C.
For all your DIY needs B&Q is brilliant. Even has a little food truck for when all the hard work makes you hungry
L.
Instore was easy to navigate, helpful staff and good prices.
M. A.
One of the largest in the chain and great service plus some great offers on at present.
Z. R.
This is the best of all B&Q’s, Lovely kind and helpful staff who go out of their way to help. Highly recommend visiting this store
P. M.
The largest and newest store in the area. Free parking. This is where you can get anything for building work and any tools. Worth visiting.
J. B.
Huge store!. Lady on Click & Collect was very helpful and friendly.
S. F.
I pass this B&Q on my way home from work each day and half the time pop in, it's huge and staff are friendly and knowledgeable, no pushy sales staff but are available if you need help.
b. l.
Still plenty of stock, rare at the minute with everyone doing gardening or DIY during lockdown.
J. C.
Some gr8 wooden planks to build my crosses. They also supply some good nails as well as paints so that I can pimp my cross.
Peace, Love and Jesus
B. C.
Very well signed for different areas so your not wandering looking for a specific item you want to purchase.
W.
It's OK service wise.
P. C.
Excellent store great value and choice of products.
K. C.
Plenty of parking, including disabled and parents bays. Massive DIY store, always find what I need, staff very helpful and knowledgeable
M. M. J.
Prices climbing service dropping spent thirty mins trying to find help on a washer for a tap.
So even trade not trade Screwfix there brand also pricey
J. C.
It's a shop. It sells stuff for diy. Staff are ok don't ask them anything to tasking regarding diy. It will only make cause them to have a blank expression on their face.
m.
Great big store, lots of varied stock as always the likes of Screwfix and Travis Perkins are cheaper. Helpful staff in store, parking is good.
G. T.
It's flipping massive! Usually just a more expensive Screwfix though, generally only go for paint.
S. W.
Helpful staff if you need advice on DIY jobs and it's never to busy and has a good garden centre.
W. R.
Very good things are easy to find and the staff are very helpful
T. G.
Good just aisles are closed you have walk around to get to tills with heavy items not rasy
M. P.
Plenty parking places, wheel chair access, toilets for use, nice burger van outside
Y. A.
Shopping at this branch is like heaven to me almost anything you need with building materials and tools is there
M. C.
Clean, well presented store with friendly, helpful staff
A. C.
Does what it says on the tin. Had hand and trolley sanitizer on the entrance and clearly laid out, sectioned off, path through the store.
J. R.
good range of items but mostly out of stock and the staff aren't that helpful.
s. A.
It's B&Q u get what u go for can't find it staff always ready to help
C. B.
The best option of all branches . This always has what u need and worth the distance rather than go different brunch smaller.
A. S.
Love this place, always have everything thing in you want with very helpful staff if you can't find it 😁
K. H.
Got what we wanted not many staff around product had not price on so we had to use our phone to look online, but we got fixed up with three floors we wanted
T. C.
Was running late due weather conditions, but the yard man got me tipped straight away, well that man
D. W.
This store is great easy parking and access. The staff are very friendly and helpful, really good.
R. J.
If you're looking for a BIG B&Q store, you won't be disappointed!
Plenty of working which never seems to get full when I've been there.
Ralph.
J. T.
Great place for DIY shopping. Staff are very helpful in finding right stuff and DIY advices.
s. l.
disappointed found an item in stock, told us they couldn't deliver it as we didn't live in the area. was only a few miles out:(
J. W.
Just like any other but cafe now closed don't suppose it makes them enough money, let's face it that's what it's all about
R. H.
Comprehensive collection for home improvement.
M. S.
Very big store almost everything you could imagine
R. H.
Staff grumpy today. One young man quite helpful. All the others too unhappy to work.
p. r.
This is the best time of year to buy a bucket... Just ask a member of staff (if you can find their hiding places)!
O. O.
Huge store amazing selection of lights
