The first package was lost during delivery. Immediate response from Dynatex, offering refund or replacement. I opted for replacement. Again, a very quick response from Dynatex but the item was damaged in transit. Undaunted, a replacement was promptly sent which has now safely arrived.

They were the cheapest on offer but not the cheapest on service. My parcel arrived within a couple of days, it was well packaged (free delivery too!) and I was sent messages throughout to let me know how the sale and delivery was proceeding.
