To be honest this will now be my preferred supplier
M. N.Ordered materials through their website twice and both times I had to call them to find out what was happening. Neither time was delivery next day as advertised and second time they didn't turn up on the promised day but a week later. Staff are nice enough and helpful but their systems are poor - particularly for web orders.
