I have used Buildbase Oxford a few times the past month, for equipment hire, buying sand, slate etc and the service every time has been fantastic. The staff in the store have been very helpful and the delivery drivers have been great. I would recommend anyone to use them and I will in the future.

Friendly and helpful with lots of staff. I'm only a DIYer who'd never shopped there before, but everyone I spoke to was happy to help. The plywood I bought is a bit scrappy on one side, but I think that's just the grade I chose. Nothing a bit of filler won't sort out.

Dean in kitchens was excellent. Helped me design my island and arranged it all to be delivered with minimal effort from me (ideal!). No pressure with quotes and suggestions, felt he genuinely wanted me to get the right thing for my kitchen, even if it meant I didnt get everything there. Will go back if I need other things for my kitchen.

Myself and my good lady, frequented this fine establishment. We were over the moon to be the willing receivers of their hot sausage. I kid you not, there was a food seller called Norbert, selling hot sausage, outside, in his little van. By the time myself and the good lady, had feasted on Norberts hot sausage, we were glowing like a pair of young ones. Suffice to say, we only planned on spending ten pounds, but we in fact spent fourteen pounds. Can you see how beneficial it is, to feed lengths of hot sausage to the builders? They are guaranteed to spend more, when they have some hot sausage inside of them. Will we return to this joyous place? Do Turkey's celebrate Christmas?

I used to come here alot for my building materials, but the staff in the warehouse have got really bad. They seem reluctant to help, and when you ask for something they seem to not know anything! Thankfully the guys at the counter and the odd remaining old warehouse guys are there to clear up there mess, but due to how busy they are it's just wastes alot of your time and theres in waiting.
