C.I had a positive experience of their showroom and their design service from Paul and Dan. The products I bought are very good quality and the aforementioned representatives were great in interpreting our vision and providing a lovely design, in addition to being very helpful in organising the delivery despite some challenges.
As expected, during installation there were issues due to my plumber making a mistake with one of the boards. I contacted EB and asked for them to supply me some more (at my expense and I was prepared to pay whatever it cost to get them sent down sooner) but they gave me a very disinterested response that they could do no more, and not make the delivery any sooner than a week later, but this couldn’t be guaranteed so it may be the following week. This wasn’t any good as the bathroom wouldn’t have been finished before Christmas. I managed to go to another local supplier who were incredibly helpful and supplied me two more boards within three days at nearly half the cost of what I paid originally through EB.
The toilet seat was missing some cover caps and the o rings for the shower were damaged. The staff at EB did provide me with some display replacements (thank you) while they were waiting on replacements from the suppliers. However, over four weeks later and they have not been sent.
In conclusion, the showroom is good, their design service is worthwhile, the products are quality but sadly the after sales service is poor; which is often the difference and determines whether I return or recommend a company to others.
