Today after a quick phone call - drove to Plymouth, met Billy and his co-worker, who had my order ready, then helped me add more to the order and were great by closing the shop to make it safe for us to move around. I always found the staff cheerful, polite and helpful and will go out of their way to order goods for you if not in stock. Fairly priced Chandlery and well stocked. Ive purchased a few items from here and to be fair, they are not that expensive and cheaper than some places! My last purchase from here was a fishfinder that they didnt have in stock at the shop but did at the warehouse so they ordered it and had it sent to me, unfortunately it wasnt what I expected (my mistake) and they let me exchange for a better model and at a bargin price (ex display model) with no fuss.. top service every time.

Very well stocked shop with a huge range of items available, some items are a little more costly than other shops but some are actually cheaper so prices should balance out overall. Worth a look for sure

I will travel to Plymouth to this well stocked Chandlery and have bought many items here and never been let down. The staff are always helpful and will order items if they are not in stock. They are also 'On Line' and will with your details send you updated copies of their excellent catalogue. It's a good chandler, quite big and well stocked. A good mix of useful boat chandlery and yotty fashion. Helpful staff. It is situated in QAB marina, but if you are not a berth holder at QAB there is ample parking on the site. Two hours (I think) is free.

I've used their online shop loads. Today was my first time visiting their shop in person. Really helpful and friendly staff, great and extensive selection. Really well worth a visit for any sailor; highly recommended.

Visiting from abroad and had scheduled a visit, as nothing like this is available at home; I wasn't disappointed. They not only had everything I needed, they had multiple variations in stock. Everyone was lovely, welcoming and so helpful. Kudos to Matt, who was so patient with the many things to choose from and who had me laughing as I spent my hard earned pennies and thanks to Astrid for setting me safely on my way - good luck in your next adventure.
