I ordered a Manthorpe Loft Hatch GL250-03 on 3rd January 2023 and it was delivered by 9.30am on 4th! FedEx delivered the package without any damage; the item was complete (loft hatch;hatch surround; screws and loft hatch key) and i installed it without difficulty despite some adverse reviews the product had received from various websites. Admittedly this was to replace an old existing Manthorpe Loft Hatch so whether this had a bearing on the adverse comment i don't know. However Roofing Superstores were excellent from enquiry through to delivery. I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic company to deal with! Communicaiton is second to none! I emailed with a photo of a pergola I'd bought and gave them a VERY loose idea of a roof to make it fully waterproof, within minutes I'd received two quotes (budget and superior) and although it needed tweaking this was done with no hassle what so ever....'buy it now' button pressed and my order is being processed! Even though the order hasn't arrived yet (only placed it this afternoon) I have no doubt that should there be a probem (not that I think there will be) one email/phone call and it will be sorted. I am a long time retired ex logistics manager who (perhaps foolishly!) decided to convert the loft in my bungalow into two ensuite bedrooms myself. Along the (very long!) way i have needed supplies from a large number of retailers and have found that, if i have an issue with the product or delivery i can never get in touch and if i manage to it then becomes a battle to get resolved. CMO Roofing Superstore are the complete opposite in that i have been able to contact them quickly and easily and any issues are not only resolved but resolved in a way that makes the initial issue forgotten. The products I have used have all been good but more importantly to me, the customer service has been great!

Had an hiccup with a delivery of Pedestal slope correctors, the courier delivered them into the recycling bin and failed to post a note through our door to relay this, consequently they went off to recycling. After speaking to initially Gary and then Anthony from the Customer Services team they put my mind at rest and managed to contact the suppliers explaining a safe delivery location was not achieved by the courier. Contacted today by Anthony and he explained another shipment of my order would be on its way soon. Both Gary and Anthony were extremely professional and remarkably friendly going the extra mile. I bought a flat Atlas skylight in 2018 from Roofing Superstore. Unfortunately it started to leak, on further inspection the corner weld of the frame had failed. After contacting customer services I received an email a few days later to say a replacement was on its way. The removal, installation and disposal costs were all covered under the warranty. I have a nice new skylight fitted within two weeks. On top of that the 10 year warranty was reset from when the skylight was delivered! The customer service from Roofing Superstore was absolutely excellent from start to finish.

From the moment I placed the order the whole customer experience was world class, I felt there is someone on the other side looking just after my order, immediately responds on any updates, when I had to call to cancel part of my order the customer service representative was right to the point, no wasting time, explained all essential details about how the cancellation will go. I placed an order for a roof membrane. After 20 minutes I tried to change the order as I realised I need to increase the quantity. I called and after 20-25 minutes of waiting, I explained that I need a bigger quantity and asked for an advice how to amend my order. I received quite a dry answer that my order was processed within 5 minutes, that is already dispatched and that it is nothing that they can do to help. Is quite frustrating as another order will cost me another £28 for the delivery. I am adding to my initial review that the next day I was contacted by Roofing Superstore staff. They were very nice and willing to sort out my initial order issue and even offer to compensate delivery charges. I am impressed as this is the first time for me when a company is actually taking actions to help me as a customer. I definitively recommend them.

Fantastic service. I placed an order with delivery expected within 3 days. Low and behold it arrived the next day but unfortunately was delivered to the building site next door to me. Somewhat upset I phoned and spoke to Harvey, who then contacted the suppliers. The suppliers replied that they would send a courier to move the delivery onto my property, which they did the same day. Initially ordered a ladder on behalf of my mother for my father’s birthday. The delivery date was 5-7 days, and I ordered about 14 days beforehand. Unfortunately I received a reply to say the item wasn’t currently in stock and I contacted them to see what they could do. They offered a refund, but I wanted to sort it for my mother. They contacted their supplier who agreed to let me collect direct from them if it arrived in time, which was great. Fully expecting it not to arrive in time, we were really surprised that it turned up at my house on my father’s birthday - I’m sure they pulled out all the stops to arrange it, and it was really appreciated. In these times when supply is not keeping up with demand due to Covid etc longer lead times are becoming the norm. When a delivery does not arrive when you’re told it’ll come is still very annoying, especially for a contractor, because it can mean lost days of work and lost earnings. I ordered 35 Bitumen roofing sheets to replace existing roof on my large car port. Ordering was easy on website and communication regarding processing of order very helpful. Order delivered on 4th business day which was excellent. When unpacking sheets, I found that 3 had been damaged in transit. Absolutely no problem, Chloe arranged to contact the supplier and arrangements were made to dispatch 3 new sheets. These arrived next day, so excellent service all round. We live on the Isle of Skye and had been unsuccessful in locating a supplier for Eternit Ridge Tiles and Eternit Ventilated Ridge Roll and screws. Initially, I wasn't certain what type of roof windows I needed and was glad to find a knowledgeable staff member to guide me through the selection process. Very pleased with Roofing Superstore's customer services. My initial enquiry was put on hold because the frame colour of the Velux blind I requested was not available, so was advised to wait until Velux released their new catalogue for the current year to see if they have released the colour of frame I was looking for, which they did. Some if the delivery charges are extremely high , and the delivery is not very reliable. £20 delivery for a roll of tape costing £10 and the it takes 5 days to arrive. Other items are better so beware as the cost of delivery isn't show until the end .

I think the true test of the pedigree of a company is when things go wrong how well and how quickly those things are resolved. I place an order for two lengths of aluminium edging for a 'living roof' I am building. Both lengths were damaged in transit. I notified Roofing Superstore of this, providing photographs as evidence. Within five days of notifying them of the damage, two replacements were being delivered to my door. No protest, no quibble, a five star service without doubt. i will thoroughly recommend Roofing Superstore

Generally good, but make sure you double check prices. I've purchased dozens of pieces of celotex from here before and it was delivered by a good local vendor without any issues. I've since placed a separate order for rubber roof paint and only 2 sheets of celotex. It cost £60 for delivery and was delivered over 3 days by 2 different vendors. When the Celotex was delivered it was from another insulation company who, after checking - sold the items for about 5% less than roofing superstore and offered significantly cheaper delivery! Roofing superstore are good, they're reliable and very helpful but I'd say for large orders - check the costs including VAT and delivery as you might be able to get it cheaper locally depending on the quantity of your order. Note to roofing superstore, you may want to check your vendors prices so they match your own :)

The roofing superstore is a separate company to the delivery companies so giving them a bad name for a different branch of a network is nonsense. Ive ordered materials from the superstore their prices are competive and delivered on time,if the materials are not on time it is the consumers responsibilty to take adequate action to ensure the contract has an alternative plans as delays are unavoidable in this world. As for returns you can estimate any job any size with the square diamensions,so if you have ordered too many materials your tradesmen has made a mistake.

Klober Venduct High Flow Vent Top Vent for Marley Bold Roll - Grey. I installed it to-day and connected it up to the ducting to vent our cooker hood from the kitchen. It was not possible to vent the cooker hood in the usual way via the soffit/fascia, as we have a conservatory extending from the eaves of our bungalow. Venting through the loft and out via the Klober Venduct was a great solution! Very pleased - thanks .
