Their customer service is always outstanding, and they will regularly go above and beyond to make sure that we have the materials we need, when we need it. We will continue to recommend them to our clients and use them as our tile supplier of choice.
R. G.Staff went that extra mile to ensure we bought the right tiles for our needs. Great selection and checked availability. Have dates for delivery into country and to local shop. Both dates were spot on.
No problem returning fully boxed unused tiles. Staff even enquired how job went.

M.Absolutely fantastic service, I was served by Liam during endless trips to the store and umpteen phone calls and never once did Liam make me feel as though I was a burden, always happy to serve me including cancelling and changing a big order. The Plymouth team were friendly and seemingly happy to be in work which always helps when you making a purchase.
I like the variety of tiles on offer and the prices were good, Liam helped with trying out different tiles next to each other etc to see what did and didn't go, offering advice and options, I also like that they have the option to take a tile home to try out in your house as your own lighting makes a vast difference in how the tiles end up looking.
When Liam didn't know the answers to some of my many questions he went away and found out and then got back to me, most importantly I also never felt pressurised into buying anything - simply being told that 'it needs to be right for you' which took the pressure off. Liam went over and above to provide excellence in customer service, he is a credit to his team and to Topps Tiles and I couldn't have asked for more, he made what was a very stressful time a lot easier.
T. D.Went in on Sat 18th September to collect an order my partner had placed. Everything was dealt with swiftly with no fuss even though it was quite busy what with the phones and customers. I was served by a girl named Gemma who seemed to be very knowledgable and good at her job, on top of that she also seemed like a genuinely nice, helpful, friendly person, she is a credit to the company for sure.
