I rang machine mart at preston and spoke to anthony regarding the sherpa deluxe even tho it wasn't in store he was more than happy to order this for me . Ordered monday afternoon and arrived instore wednesday afternoon . Anthony gave fantastic customer service and for sure he will be a manager in the future either at machine mart or within another organisation . A few weeks ago when the rains well and truly came down, my garage ended up flooded. I had been in Preston when I was advised of this situation by my son. And it was late. The team at Machine Mart Preston actually stayed behind, beyond their closing time and family commitments to sort a pump and hose out for me. But it didn't end there as, rushing in the manner I did, I chose the wrong pump (as I found out when I arrived home!). The next day, they exchanged it without any fuss, fireworks or issues. Now, however you dress it up, that is outstanding, committed and professional customer service and certainly not something you come across too often these days. My hats off to the team at Preston because they were simply brilliant. Thank you so much. Would I use Preston Machine Mart again? yes. One million percent
