S. M.I have just dealt with Wilf at Bathroom Mountain. Absolutely flawless customer service and a very helpful, friendly and professional member of the Bathroom Mountain team. We are a small building company and we have generally used Victoria Plum or Victorian Plumbing but since they are no longer customer facing and only use bots is a huge relief to deal with a company that still values a human experience and has well trained and interested staff to boot. From this experience I will now be using BM going forward.

When I went to pick up my order, the gentleman who worked there was really polite and helpful. He rang the warehouse for me and offered me a free hot drink whilst I waited. He also asked if there was anything else I was interested in whilst I waited so I said I was going to look at mirrors. He pointed out the outlet/sale section first and then the full price range second which I felt was nice and genuine. Also, when my order came, another gentleman carried it to my car, which was lovely.

I have made a few orders for the renovation of my bathroom and hit a couple of issues.
First delivery was delayed due to courier, wasn't too bothered as I'm not against a timeline. Customer service apologised and rang me to see if the order had arrived.
On the second order my details other than the village i live in were not given to the courier and therefore the courier tried getting hold of me but i missed the call and it was rearranged for the next day. I had a £25 refund for that which was great.
The other issues i had was a scratch on the shower glass and a cracked toilet. I have a partial refund on the glass as I had installed it and wasn't ripping it out for a replacement. The toilet is in the process of being replaced.
I ordered a mirror that has small glass shelves attached to it, One piece of glass had a slight scratch on it. Not overly noticeable but it is there.
The 3rd issue i had was a sink vanity unit i had damaged due to a water leak. The water dripping caused bad swelling of the unit and needed replacing. I was able to order just the unit without the sink using a bank transfer (you cant order the unit without sink online) but there was a hefty delivery cost £24 due to it being under £299 order.
Overall the customer service has been decent when i have been able to contact them, Sometimes it takes a while to get through on the phone but the online chat is fairly quick.
The quality of the products are ok for the price, but their quality check system I think not. I'm not sure if its inadequate packaging, quality control or lack of care with the courier?
I. J.Ordered multiple bathroom items. Delivery was quick and most of the product were of a decent quality.
Unfortunately, some of the measurements on their website don't fully describe the amount of space an item requires. I ordered a 1000mm mirror cabinet which actually needs nearly 1100mm to fit and allow the doors space to open. As this was the last thing to be fitted in the bathroom, we were unable to check this until a month after the order, by which time bathroom mountain informed us that they could not issue a refund.
Make sure you open and check the measurements of each item as soon as possible. The returns process is also not the smoothest compared to other online retailers and requires you to arrange your own courier, print forms etc.

My granddad was going go to use another local company first, for near enough the same bathroom, we managed to get it from here less than half the price including a lot extra! Everything was in stock, the delivery was unbelievably quick, the staff are incredible, so helpful and friendly. Now the bathroom is all fitted, the quality is amazing and my granddad is very happy with his extra long bath which he struggled to find from other places.

R. M.Ordered a few things from Bathroom Mountain for my building project, delivery did not arrive on the selected day but the very next day.
My reason for the 5 stars is because I was contacted by rep called Angela to advise that delivery was not going to happen as expected, she was empathetic when I expressed frustration and said she will have her supervisor contact me to discuss further. Just as was promised, Supervisor Matthew contacted me and assured me that goods will be delivered the next day. Matthew also demonstrated care and an understanding of my disappointment, he called later to validate that the goods have indeed been delivered.
A third rep Jay whom I was exchanging emails with didn't come across as empathetic and understanding of my displeasure initially, however, the manner in which he managed a concern I raised later regarding a missing item was positive and honestly changed my perception.
All in all, I am happy with my transaction with Bathroom Mountain regardless and will recommend.

T. C.Good prices and value for money but terrible delivery service. I had two separate orders, one turned up 6 days after the planned delivery date. The second order was 'aborted' on delivery day and still hasn't arrived. Unlike other reviews, I have not received any courtesy calls.
Good value for money but book way way way in advance to mitigate against the poor delivery.

D. P.Just wanted to leave a review to thank Bathroom Mountain for their great service and products. There where a couple of hiccups but I think it says more about them as a business in how they handled this because as we all know, things can and do go wrong sometimes. I initially ordered a vanity unit and heated towel rail and the delivery went missing for a day and ended up arriving a day later but their customer service was great and I personally had many calls from a staff member who took the time and effort to track this down, get it to me promptly and keep me informed on what was happening which I really appreciated.
When my delivery arrived, I did notice that the heated towel rail had some marks in the finish which I couldn't get off and so I wanted to return this for a refund. Bathroom Mountain where happy to accept the return and organised a collection for me and I had a refund within about a week.
I then placed a second order for several pieces including basin and bath taps, a shower head and controls and more and everything arrived in perfect condition and all well packaged. The items are lovely and where great value compared to many others I looked at at different places. They are all matte black so its harder to find everything you are looking for in a matte black finish at affordable prices.
Everything has been fitted in my bathroom and looks great but as I have not yet moved in, I am yet to try anything out properly but I am confident that I will be very pleased with all of my purchases. I have already recommended Bathroom Mountain to friends and I would definitely purchase from them again. Thanks again for your help.
d.I purchased the Allyson LED cabinet and it arrived 3 days earlier than I expected and very well packaged. It is very smart and looks more expensive than it was. After it was wired in, it made a continuous low "hum" noise, which sounded like it was coming from the transformer. After several emails were exchanged over the Christmas period, Matthew from customer services rang me to say that they would replace the cabinet immediately and how soon would I like it ! The replacement arrived as agreed, and again in excellent packaging, and is now fitted. PERFECT. Great product and fantastic service....Very happy. Thankyou
T. K.I purchased a bath in December 2020 as part of a house renovation. When it finally came to be installed in April 2021, the plumber discovered that there was a leak from somewhere in the overflow system. I contacted Bathroom Mountain and sent a photo showing the area where the leak was coming from. This was passed to their technical team who advised that as the overflow is integrated into the body of the bath, the bath would need to be replaced.
Unfortunately, the original bath was discontinued but I was offered several alternatives. We selected one and, unbelievably, it was delivered the next day.
Bearing in mind that it was 4 months since purchasing it before I reported the fault, I consider the response from the agent Jay, who was dealing with my problem, and the company customer support policy that facilitated his helpfulness, to be exemplary. This is truly outstanding level of service.

Before placing the order with Bathroom Mountain I queried various different details with the customer service agents and I could not fault the customer service one bit they were calm, helpful and more than patient with all my questions.
Having placed a fairly large order ranging from a bathroom suite right down to fixtures and fittings needed everything was delivered on the agreed date, without damage and as described.
The look and feel of the items are great but time will tell about durability but I will be ordering from Bathroom Mountain again when i update the shower suite next year!

The ordering process was a breeze and before I knew it I had everything I needed in my basket ready to go and at really competitive prices.
I live on a very busy road, and was a bit apprehensive about the delivery but the delivery driver could not have been more helpful, everything was unloaded, dragged 30m up the road to my front door and dropped off curbside (covid delivery guidelines) within minutes.
Every product was of an extremely high quality, and was very easy for a novice DIYer to install to get a quality finish.
I would definitely recommend Bathroom Mountain to anyone looking for remodel their bathroom and will be using them again for future projects.
