So happy with Craig from Jones & Shuffs, he helped us so much in choosing our new bathroom suite and coming up with ideas. When I went in I couldn't make my mind up and was deflated, after Craig's help I went out smiling. Everything arrived on time and was great quality, very happy. Excellent service from start to finish - The Staff Craig & his team were very professional on every level from start to finish - nothing was too much trouble - we used their highly recommended plumber Andy & his team for the Bathroom/Shower Installation - everything was very well organised - again excellent service. Having worked in the industry the personal touch and experience of staff involved was second to none - we would personally never go anywhere else for the quality of goods - their prices are competitive and the products advised on were also of the best quality. Also, it is - in our opinion - better to see and handle the merchandise before making the purchase - there is a vast range of products on display in their showroom - remember quality counts and you only get what you pay for. The choice and quality of the goods are second to non.Having visiting several times to choose all my bathroom requirements nothing was to much trouble for the staff there especialy Craig Meakin.The delivery drivers were on time and unloaded the goods for me. All in all an excellent service .

A really good company to deal with. Honest, reliable and a good service throughout the whole process of buying my new bathroom. I will be using them again in and would recommend them anyone. I much preferred visiting a showroom and having face to face personal service compared with buying online. Gemma handled my order from start to finish and really helped me narrow down what I was looking for, alongside giving me advice on things I would have completely overlooked had I used an online retailer. Aftersales service was also spot on, with me finding a manufacturing defect in my ceramic basin. I contacted Gemma who arranged for a replacement from the manufacturer within a few days.

Having over the last few years purchased everything required to renovate two bathrooms we visited the showroom when carrying out an upgrade to our current bathroom. Having wandered round the showroom at our leisure we selected the range which best suited our needs and Gemma provided all the help and brochures that we needed. She even informed us that if we made an appointment with the factory we could visit their showroom and see the full range of their products. This we did, went back to Gemma and placed the order. The goods were delivered on time, everything required by the bathroom fitter was there, and the installation was carried out with no problems. We got exactly what we wanted and would certainly seek their help and advice again.
