Excellent service received from this family run business. Lee, one of the owners oversaw the selection of the type of composite door, glazing design and locking system I required. The fitters Garry and Kieran (also family members) worked hard to extract the existing door and frame which was previously installed by Safestyle that constantly rained in! The Staffordshire Window Company did an excellent job with fitting a good quality product and I am more than happy with the design and finish. The guys cleaned up afterwards though they didn't make any real mess, then instructed on the use of the new locking system. I couldn't be happier with their work.

Cannot praise the work of Staffordshire Windows enough. From getting a quote to the installation the service was 5*. Even with a couple of unexpected set backs the whole team were exceptionally professional. The finished work is amazing. I have already ordered the upstairs windows to be replaced. Fantastic company to use, we used another larger company for our upstairs windows and ended up getting in touch with The Staffordshire Window Company as we didn’t have a great experience from the company we used for our upstairs. Right from the quoting stage Lee was extremely helpful and was able to answer all questions around the new windows we wanted. The ordering process was simple and they kept us update with progress of the order etc. On the day of installation the installers (Trevor and Ryan) did a fantastic job and were very considerate and friendly, this was important to us as we have a 5 month old baby and they worked around us without issue. No trims we’re used which gives the windows a fantastic finish and shows the level of detail the team give when installing the windows. The product itself is fantastic (Sash Flush) and suits the property perfectly (>200 years old) which were all advised by Lee. The only regret we have is not using Lee and the team to do our upstairs windows. Thank you for a fantastic job and we will recommend you to everyone that asks.

The Staffordshire Window Company provides a high quality, honest and reliable customer-centred service that is 5-star quality in every respect! The team sourced and fitted 15 windows for our Victorian property and they were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Lee, Sean and the team are extremely personable, knowledgeable, organised and reliable; taking the time to offer advice and guidance and paying high attention to detail to meet your needs as a customer. Our job was completed on time and with minimal mess and disruption, with after-sales contact also maintained after completion. We've previously used larger companies for our window and doors but never again as The Staffordshire Window Company is far superior in every respect - one of the best companies we've ever worked with.
